At Reflections Spa and Resort Residences. It’s a brand spanking new resort located inside Bay Point Resort, which is a top notch well known resort. And it’s full of really cool amenities from a 10,000 sq. ft. tropical pool, spectacular views of the bay and gulf, the 15,000 square foot Serenity Spa, a state of the art fitness facility, two golf courses including the newly opened Nicklaus-designed course, tennis courts & marina. How’s that for a list?!? Plus, there’s casual and fine dining within walking distance. And if that weren’t enough there’s a World Class Marina for boating and fishing right on the property. This Panama City Beach resort condominium has cottage style condos that give you outstanding views of the gulf, the bay and even golf courses. With all the amenities located right on the property it’d be hard to imagine why you’d want to leave, but let me tell you there’s lots of great stuff right around the resort.
When you’re “beached out” (like that’ll happen), there’s lots of other fun located right around this resort. In fact there’s a new shopping experience that’s pretty close that I want to tell you about. Pier Park is really something pretty spectacular. It’s a million plus square food shopping area (like a mall at the beach) it’s got a ton of stuff. There’s a Dillards, Target, Penny’s, Ron Jon (my second home); there’s a 16 screen movieplex. All kinds of restaurants. Panera Bread for a quick bite, Longhorn Steakhouse & Outback. And get this: there’s a Jimmy Buffet Margaritaville, you know, it’s 5 o’clock somewhere. And, if you want a Café American Double Shot Vente it’s got a Starbucks. Can you imagine? Starbucks in flip flops. Oh, and during the summer there’s going to be free concerts for the whole family. How cool is that?!?
If you’re coming down for a kid sports tournament, you’re pretty close to the Robert Brown Park, where they host a lot of them.
Here’s the scoop on the condo.
First of all, it’s on the first floor. That means you’re just steps away from the beach.
Man this place is something else! Check out the photographs of the décor. It’s got the contemporary beach look that’s really popular. Not sandy beachy, but upscale beachy. It really makes the most of the room in every room. There’s plenty of space for all your beach stuff, but that’s not why you’ll pick this condo. It’s got great views. Plain and simple.
The LIVING ROOM sofa is big and comfortable. The entertainment center, which has a big TV, looks like a 35”. And it’s got a bunch of cable channels. I checked. Free HBO, don’t forget. The DVD player lets you play movies when you’re beached out. Or, surf the net with the high speed connection. But, I gotta tell you, the views are gonna make all that pretty tough. You’re eyes will wonder to the beach every time. You’ll like the balcony, too. It’s really comfortable. And the views, The views.
Check out the MASTER BEDROOM. Huge king size bed with a with a beautiful Caribbean carved headboard. Look at the wall colors. What a great space. And the bed’s really comfortable. I laid down on it to see how it felt. Almost went to sleep. Really makes a statement. It’s really spacious. There’s another pretty big TV, same cable package. The Master Bath has lots of room with a full glass walk in shower.
The SECOND MASTER is really cool. More great color. A big ole queen! Check ouf the picture.
The KITCHEN’s a beauty with granite counter tops. It’s open and has everything that you need, so no matter whether you’re cooking your specialty or just fixing grilled cheese sandwiches you’ve got everything you need to please the family. There’s a big kitchen bar with four bar chairs so you can grab a quick bit before you hit the beach.
The DINING AREA has a big table, really comfortable so everyone’s got a seat at the table. No kid’s table here.
The LAUNDRY area’s located to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze.
These bedrooms and the pull out sleeper sofa in the living room making sleeping room for 6 with 2 complete full baths.
Hey, this condo is a big beautiful place at the beach. And it’s priced right too. You can’t go wrong at Reflections. It’s got everything you want in a beach condo and it’s going to book up quick for the summer.
