Blessed with abundant beauty, this undiscovered part of Southwest Virginia offers loads of outdoor activities. Located at the tip of a private cove, this is the ideal spot for a swim after soaking up some sun on the floating dock.
Bring your boat or jet ski--a public launch is less than a mile away. And don't forget your horse, while you're at it! We offer limited boarding just up the road at the top of the farm, with the highly regarded, 57-mile long New River Valley Trail just a short skip away.
With several outdoor areas for entertaining, you might take lunch outside on the patio picnic tables or under the umbrella, down at the dock...Or choose to simply admire the view from inside this beautifully appointed home, where you'll find two comfortable en suite master bedrooms, a delightful daybed room, another king bedroom with private sitting /TV viewing area, a large, comfortable living room with fireplace, and a beautiful daybed area in the sunroom, perfect for enjoying those warm summer breezes.
The open, eat-in kitchen will seat six at the table and four at the island, with the added ambiance of a lovely fireplace. Restaurant-quality china, silverware, glassware and cookware are furnished, complete with everything a seasoned cook will appreciate. Off the kitchen, an intimate formal dining room seats four.

At "the other end" of the lake from the State Park, there is ample parking for several cars. A gazebo, boat dock, fishing dock and floating dock all await you, with a public boat launch less than a mile away. Enjoy breakfast in the sunroom overlooking the water at a table that seats 10--and have homemade biscuits & gravy, blueberry pancakes, or whatever strikes your fancy delivered by our on-site professional chef. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and gourmet desserts are all available. Dotted with woods, the farm is a lovely place for walking. And for mountain bike and trail-riding, we're just three miles from the New River Valley Trail.
