The beautiful blue green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beaches are some of the finest in the world. Two pools are available for your enjoyment, one located on the property, and a 12,000 square ft. pool just a short walk or complimentary tram ride away. Beach chairs, towels and bag are available for use during your stay.
Pura Vida has everything you need to relax and enjoy your vacation. Wine and martini glasses are available for your afternoon cocktail. A bistro table and comfy chairs are there for your relaxation, along with a 32" HDTV and a stereo where you can enjoy your own ipod. Down comforter and pillows make for a wonderful night sleep. We are slowly "going green" with bamboo towels, sheets and accessories.....
Open the windows and let the breeze pass through. We have all the amenities to stay a few nights or a few weeks. Once you have stayed at this wonderful condo you will want to return to enjoy "The Good Life" we have on scenic 30A.
This studio is best suited for 2 adults. As much as I love children I have adapted a No Children Policy.

Why the Owner Chose Rosemary Beach
The convenience of "The Village" being so close to two of my favorite villages on 30A. Rosemary next door couldn't get any closer. Wonderful for shopping, dining and going to the spa. Alys Beach is just a short bicycle ride down 30A. The architecture and beauty of Alys Beach is world class. I feel lucky just knowing that I am an owner is such a wonderful setting.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Tram service to beach and the 12,000 square foot pool. How convenient! Walking to Rosemary Beach for breakfast, lunch or dinner, shopping or going to the spa. Love the two restaurants in the village. Chops for a martini and a steak and Mi Cocina for a margarita and mexican food. Both are great! You can also rent a bicycle on the property! The interactive fountain out front is great to watch kids enjoy themselves.....

Growing up in the South Georgia town of Bainbridge,I spent my spring breaks and summers vacationing on the panhandle of Florida. Naturally, I have always loved the beach. My parents had a townhome on the panhandle so my children also grew up vacationing on the Gulf of Mexico.I have lived in Atlanta for the past 27 years. My husband and family are all in the commercial real estate business. Five years ago we decided to invest in a home in Seagrove Beach. We are already enjoying having my grandson vacation with us. Living in Atlanta and growing up in Bainbridge, 30A seems to encompass a little of both worlds. I love both the gourmet and casual seafood restaurants,watching the sunset at Bud and Alley's, the art galleries, shopping and the beautiful white sandy beaches, but all with a small town feel. I love every minute of the time that I spend at my home in Seagrove Beach. Two years ago, I bought my studio in The Village of South Walton. I have always been very selective of the decor of the vacation homes that I have rented through the years. I tried to decorate Pura Vida with this thought in mind. Is it somewhere I would want to stay? Absolutely!
