The property is located on a dead end street running along Lake Michigan a couple miles south of Saugatuck/Douglas. A creek runs through the property offering interesting views including a barn on the other side.
The home has been redecorated this year. Most furniture is new. Two bedrooms are in the main house with new mattresses. A third bedroom is in a guesthouse located a few steps from the back of the main house.
A large grassy area is located behind the house. Plenty of seating areas in the home. Sit on the enclosed front porch watching the world go by. Sit in the living area near the fireplace. Sit in the back room watching for wildlife in the backyard. Or sit outside on the deck where new chairs are available.
With Saugatuck and Douglas minutes away you will find plenty of shopping, antiquing, and dinning. Take a walk down the road or sit and watch a sunset. Whatever you like to do you will find this to be an ideal spot for rest and relaxation.
