My family & friends stayed at the property from June 19-24, 2011. The house was as described and location was a short senic drive to town. Property was clean and well maintained. The homeowner left helpful notes throughout the house. This was one trouble free vacation. We are already planning a future vacation to Pagosa Springs with other family members and would definately rent this property again. There are really a lot of activities to enjoy in and around Pagosa Springs. We enjoyed soaking in the hot springs downtown, river rafting with Pagosa Outside and hiking. Also enjoyed the Pagosa Brewing & shopping downtown, especially Goodman's.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children.
