High speed internet, cable TV, phone, BBQ, top quality linens, European style kitchen with stainless steel appliances and both levels are available on a short or long term basis with rent adjustments negotiable.
Would be very suitable for the newcomer or frequent traveler as their home away from home. The Calgary rapid transit known as the "C" train is just one block away and will have you to the city centre in 5 minutes the drive will take approx 5-7 minutes this is a great home for you and your friends and family to enjoy
