Built in 2000 and recently completely renovated, the spacious Glenmerle sits in a quiet wooded area high atop the mountain with panoramic views. The heart of Glenmerle is the cozy family room with crackling fireplace on the main level that offers spectacular lake and mountain views.
The top level includes a master bedroom suite with king-sized bed, and master bath with separate shower and Jacuzzi and a private balcony overlooking the lake. On the main level are the family room, kitchen, sitting area, and dining room.
An outdoor deck overlooks the lake and is deal for entertaining or just enjoying the breathtaking mountain and lake views. A second bedroom with twin beds, a bathroom, and study with futon for sleeping are located on the mid-level.
A den with a gas fireplace, media equipment, and sleeper sofa, a morning kitchen, full bathroom, and a third outside deck with a hammock are on the lower level.

Lake Glenville has an elevation of 3,942 feet, the highest lake east of the Mississippi, with 26 miles of shoreline, cascading waterfalls, and a surface area of over 1500 acres. With a maximum depth of 125 feet, Lake Glenville boasts of more than a dozen species of fish and is popular with local fishermen, boaters, and swimmers.
