This is the Premier Resort In Myrtle Beach. And The Margate is the Premier Tower in Kingston Plantation. It is top of Luxury -- with the larger floor plans and largest balconies in Kingston. Every unit has the Best Ocean Front View of any other Tower in Kingston. With Double wooden door entrance way 9ft ceilings, granite counters, tile floors crown moldings, stianless appliances and awesome Views are Standard in the Margate. Also this tower is unique in that only 10% of the units are rented. All others are primary and secondary residences.
