Dream vacation Hacienda style! Welcome to one of the most beautiful homes in the area. This new, well appointed home is a combination of contemporary – rustic Mexican décor. This home encompasses 10,000 square feet of patio, terraces and open air living and can be your own private sanctuary for your next luxurious vacation. Only 1 kilometer or 12 minutes walking to the famous 5th avenue and beach access!
Enter your Hacienda through large rustic wood and wrought doors, and into your totally private courtyard. The courtyard surrounds a white tiled pool, complete with patio furniture, including a bar style marble table and chairs and chaise lounges for your relaxation. There is a large built in Grill area with a refreshment fridge. Potted Palm trees and decorative floor lighting creates the ambiance for your evening dinners, dips in the pool or star gazing.
Passing through the courtyard you enter the main foyer of this magnificent home. The entry doors open to reveal 2 stories of glass to the beautiful Playacar golf course. All sliding doors retract in the main hall to create a large indoor/outdoor living space, to enjoy the wonderful tropical breezes of the Caribbean! A beautiful covered terrace complete, with bamboo cushioned outdoor furniture, rustic leather lounge chairs and another outdoor dining table complete the golf course side of the home.
At one end of the main living area house you have the living room with a 2 story faux fireplace style wall with love seats and coffee table to relax, read or listen to music.
The dining room is to your right as you enter the main door, complete with a marble table, seating for eight and a massive wrought iron chandelier.
There is a large fully equipped kitchen complete with granite counters and stainless steel appliances including a fridge, gas top stove, one gas oven, one electric oven, one warming oven, dishwasher, wine fridge and a microwave. It is surrounded by 2 large granite bars to relax and enjoy your favorite drink! The kitchen area has a purified water system so you can drink nice cold water from the fridge and have instant ice with the ice maker.
Just off the kitchen you have a family room type living area, with a beautiful suede sectional sofa, a coffee table and a 52” plasma TV with dish satellite. Sit and listen to music from any room in the house and/or patios, through the built in stereo system. Beautiful marble floors throughout!
The second floor overlooks the main hall of the home and has 3 very large bedrooms each with its own private bathroom, air conditioning and an overhead fan. One bedroom has a private terrace overlooking the pool, the other two have beautiful golf course views. Each bedroom is built with guest’s privacy in mind. All the bathrooms are very large and each has a walk in closet. One bathroom includes a jet bathtub to relax in. All rooms have a king size bed, linens, bath and beach towels.
There is an additional living area on this floor with a large sectional sofa, a coffee table and another 52” plasma television with satellite TV.
Upon request and availability we can offer you concierge services, in house cook, private taxi, shuttle van, excursions, nanny service, and an in house masseuse. Fees are applicable. If you like you can send us your grocery list and we can have it ready upon your arrival! Anything we can do to make your stay more comfortable is only a phone call away from the local cell phone provided.
