This home was more than our family could have asked for. Lots of space, all the ameneties you could ever want and great location. Close to Myrtle Beach but perfect for hanging out in Murrells Inlet and going to the Garden City Beach. We really enjoyed our stay and the price was more than just right. Thanks again.

Perfect place to get away from the "winter blues"

The wife and I have traveled to the area a number of time and have found no place where we have felt more"at home". The winter in the north this year was long and hard. March and April are so enjoyable in SC. Melissa has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and so relaxing. The kitchen is well stocked for those that like to cook and good restaurants are near by for that night away from it. Site seeing and plenty of golf is also readily available. These extras include the beach, pools, fitness areas, and of course shopping. Melissa is so easy to work with and tries to make your stay the best it can be. Hope to make it an annual trip.

My family used this property to celebrate our daughter's graduation from Coastal Carolina University. The property was 30 minutes from the school, but a whole new world. I have had a new appreciation for SC on this stay due to the laid-back lovely area of Murrells Inlet. Huntington Beach State park was a gret place to beach and we we removed from the traffic and congestion of HWY 501. The property had not only sleeping for 9 but 12 could sit for meals if necessary and the kitchen was equipped so that silverware and dishes made it through multiple meals. My passion is cooking for loved ones and I am particular about my equipment. I did miss 2 things, a salad spinner and a cast iron skillet... not bad Melissa. The personal artwork, photographs and pottery added a homelike feel. Every bed was comfortable, and 2 desk areas and Wi-Fi allowed for a bit of work if needed. All was great, except we lost the pool passes, maybe a big key chain or lanyard would prevent this in the future. I really thought I would have driven off with the garage door opener! Great place, if child # 3 ends up in SC I'll be back again I hope.

A place for our family

We live in Murrells Inlet and need more room at Christmas time for the family members that show up each year. This house was the best. We have rented a place the last three years in the TPC area and all who stayed said this was the best ever! Mellisa is very well organized and has everything well set up and ready to go. We recommend this home very highly and will rent it next year.

Great Condo and location

Stayed at this condo in June 2010. Great location and very large. A lot more room and space than the other two bedrooms we were considering. Melissa was great to work with and answered all of my questions. We enjoyed our stay so much we even stayed an extra night! Murrell Inlet has some of the best seafood restaurants in all the Carolinas! Very centrally located to either go south to Pawley’s Plantation area or north up to Myrtle Beach. Neighborhood is gated and very quite. We would repeat with Melissa. Thanks Phillip

I have rented this property two years straight and both times i enjoyed it immensely!! It fits my family perfectly and is only minutes from the beach. On the days you don't feel like the beach, the pool is a short walk away. Can't wait to go back in 2011!!

I stayed at this house this past summer in (June 2009) and had a wonderful experience. When I walked into the house I realized that the pictures online did not serve it justice. The house was completely stocked with everything we needed to cook and live for the week we were there. The community that the house was located in was great also. We walked to the pool and fitness room and I felt a great sense of security with the guard at the front gate. Melissa was great answering all of my questions and even helped a little when I got lost. If and when i go back to Myrtle Beach that is the only place I will ever stay. I LOVED IT!!!!!
