This home is located within a gated, secure community with access to 2 pools (one private for guests and residents of this subdivision of the community, one located at the community center which has a kitchen, large screen tv, seating and bathrooms), workout rooms, and a park. The Park complex includes a playground, tennis, beach volleyball, basketball, horseshoe and bocci courts, handball courts, firepit with seating, and outdoor pavillion with a BBQ. There are also baseball and soccer fields.
