CASA DEL SOL is your picture perfect spot in the Mexican sun! A stunning, elegant, brand new contemporary home only a few minutes north of Los Barriles complete with walled and gated yard and a huge swimming pool with wall fountains. This two bedroom one and half bath home features a great room with a view loft, soaring ceilings, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, contemporary furnishings and stunning views of the mountains, desert and Sea of Cortez. . The home sleeps 4 with a comfortable foldout couch in the loft for 2 additional guests. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with, blender, Cuisinart, espresso machine, coffee pot, microwave, range/oven, refrigerator freezer and all pots, pans, and dishware for comfortable cooking, serving and entertaining during your stay. All water in the home passes through an ultraviolet water purification system so there are no worries about cooking or bathing. The house is fully air-conditioned and each bedroom has its own individual unit. We also have ceiling fans in every room.
Casa Del Sol features a unique upper level terrace with panoramic views of the water. Six lounge chairs with umbrellas for shade are provided poolside and an outdoor dining table seating 6 under the pergola. A large charcoal grill is available for grilling.
North Beach, famous for its wintertime sail boarding and kite boarding, is only a couple of minutes away and can be seen from most rooms in the house. It is also a fantastic beach for sunbathing, snorkeling, kayaking, and shore fishing. ATV rentals in town make it easy to explore the nearby natural waterfalls, cruise the beaches, or explore the desert. Horse back riding is also available nearby for a fun ride on the beach at sunset and of course world class marlin, dorado, and yellowtail tuna fishing is just offshore. |
