The airconditioned house has all the usual amenities. But our totally private tropical garden is unique. Outdoor Balinese-style hand made benches and cushions for relaxing in the shade of the huge gumbo limbo tree. Dining under the palms. Hot tub in the tropical garden, sun bathe on the private rear deck with additional outdoor shower.
Inside, the air conditioned home is a 1/1 with a pillowtop queen in the bedroom, bathroom with another shower, living room with pull out sleeping sofa, and full kitchen. Small office with desk as well. Fully furnished.
Walk to beaches, free tennis, parks, galleries, restaurants, theatres, music, dog park, but live where the locals are: out of the traffic and hassle. Off street and on-street parking. One block to electric car, scooter, and bike rentals; boat ramps and charter boat marina, dive boat rentals and water excursions.

This was a great place for two people, we stayed at this property and loved it. just a few minutes drive to Duval Street and all the great places to see and visit. We plan to come back to Key West again and will likely plan our stay around the availability of this property

My husband and I stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it. It was a cozy duplex a short drive to Duval St. and other attractions. Loved the outdoor shower and private garden-like setting with the hot tub. Any questions we had were quickly and efficiently answered. We didn't spend a lot of time indoors since the weather was fabulous the whole visit, but the bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a great property for two. It was centrally located so close to everything we wanted to do. The owner was really responsive to any questions or requests that we had. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this rental for a quiet romantic get-away. The hot tub was awesome and we really liked the outdoor shower. The tenant next door was really nice and friendly, he made us feel right at home. Very clean, small but cozy. I would only recommend the addition of a grill and microwave to make this location Excellent.
