Aloha!! Welcome to our home away from home!
Welcome to Ekahi 32-D. We've just purchased this beautiful South Maui condo and will continue to offer our condo as a high-end vacation rental for two - four (a queen sofa sleeper in the living room or twin futon) at the beautiful, tropical, beach front, island resort of WAILEA EKAHI VILLAGE.
This condo has quality furnishings not normally found in a vacation rental.
This one bedroom, two bath unit has 2 lanais and sweeping ocean views down the greenbelt in two directions. To the southwest is the ocean with plenty of opportunity for whale watching in season and the island of Kahoolawe with the snorkelers favorite, Molokini, in front.
To the east is the ever changing face of Haleakala. The quiet sunrise and sunset views offered make this one of the most relaxing locations in Wailea.
A walk of less than two minutes down the green belt takes you to the beachfront pool where there is access to Wailea's Keawakapu Beach (and the famous Wailea ocean front board walk) via a locked gate. Two other pools and paddle tennis are less than one minute away.
32D is in an exceptionally quiet location upstairs in a 4 unit building on the central green belt of Ekahi. It is also METICULOUSLY CLEAN. It has been beautifully remodeled and features a cove ceiling in the bedroom, central air, cathedral ceilings in the living/dining area and recessed ceiling fans everywhere.
Furnishings and fittings are not typical of a rental unit. This is our Maui home for part of the year so it has been outfitted with that in mind. We hope you will appreciate the quality through out and live gently in this beautiful spot.
A large hallway leading to the second bath has a screen to move in place for privacy and creates a perfect dressing area or spot for a crib or pack-n-play for an infant, and also functions as sleeping area for our 3-year old . Provided in the condo is a booster seat, pack-n-play, a stroller and various toys if you are traveling with children.
We are excited to have you as our special guests. We hope that you love our home as much as we do!

Why the Owner Chose Ekahi Village
A few year earlier we were able to purchase a Wailea condo but not beachfront. We always knew we really wanted an Ekahi ocean view unit and now look forward to sharing it with you. The ocean view of Molokini island is just fantastic and being on the greenbelt is really peaceful. Having no road noise, just the sound of waves is music to our ears. On top of all this, the previous owner did a very professional remodel and interior design to include original Hawaiian art. This really makes this unit feel like Hawaii. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Ekahi is a fabulous location. It is beachfront with private access to one of the longest stretch of beach in Wailea. The beachfront pool at Ekahi is just fantastic. We also love how this unit is in the heart of Ekahi so you do not have to worry at all about an road noise. The covered lanai is just fantastic to have meals or cocktails while watching the boats go out to Molokini. The two baths really allow us to comfortable stay here with our two kids. As a designer, what I really enjoy is the high quality furnishings and Hawaiian art throughout the condo. Just check out the beautiful Hawaiian quilt in the pictures. Really a perfect location.
Right on the large greenbelt, just up the hill from the beachfront pool and beach access.

Dave and I live in San Diego, CA but had a great opportunity to live in Hawaii for a summer. We spent every weekend on Maui we just loved it so purchased a vacation rental. We just love spending time here and Ekahi is our favorite location. Our friend listed her condo and we just loved the location on the large greenbelt the Molokini view and easy of walking to the beach. We try to come over when ever it is vacant but that is not as often as we like. However, we really enjoy sharing this home away from home with our guests. It is really one of the best and we look forward to sharing it with you.

We spent two weeks at Ekahi Village with our kids (2.5 yr old and 1 yr old) in December 2008. It was a brilliant set up condo as our 1 yr old slept in a crib we rented (although the unit came with a Pack 'n Play) and the 2.5 yr old slept on the futon mattress on the floor - and loved it! The condo had high end appliances and great cooking utensils and facilities - and that BBQ on the lanai was used nearly every night. I can highly recommend this condo for young families looking for an easy family experience to Maui. The pool was awesome, the beach was about a 3 minute walk down the green walkaway - and ordering in pizza for a pool party made for a great sunset gathering.
Recommended for:Families with young children.
