Built in 2001, Tradewinds is located directly on the beach overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Condo #903 is a one-bedroom, two-bath condominium which has a magnificent direct front views (beach and pool) from the balcony and sleeps 6 with a King bed in the master bedroom, convertible sofa and 2 hall bunks (children only).
In 2006, Tradewinds building was also updated with new indoor/outdoor heated swim-through pool, new deck, fencing, and lush landscaping.
Also worth noting is Tradewinds has only 107 condominium units thus the beach is much less crowded than mega-condominium buildings. Tradewinds is about one-half mile from a shopping center which includes "Bruno's" and "Winn-Dixie" grocery stores as well as numerous other shops (Dollar Store, movie rental, etc.), restaurants, and an emergency medical center.
