You'll never want to leave our beautifully remodeled 3 bedroom 2.5 bath condo! And yet, there are so many outdoor activites in the Vail Valley, you'll barely have time to be "at home". Adjoining the park at Nottingham Lake, you will enjoy all the year-round amenities that Avon has to offer. Volleyball, picnic tables, the playground, lake and Beaver Creek Ski area can be viewed from the deck. The lake offers fishing and paddle boating in the summer and ice skating in the winter.
The kitchen features new knotty alder cabinets, granite countertops, slate floors and stainless appliances, including a separate wine fridge. Sophistication with a rustic touch. The kitchen is fully furnished with cookware and dishes, toaster and coffee pot. The new woodwork, crown moldings and wood blinds give a rich finished look. Pamper yourself in our new slate and granite bathrooms with luxuriously thick linens. A newly installed 80 gallon water heater insures enough hot water for all.
The recreation center and library are around the corner. The new lift to Beaver Creek is a 5-7 minute walk away. The free shuttle to shopping, dining or skiing at Beaver Creek or Vail stops near the driveway. For a pampered summer or winter vacation in the middle of it all, you'll not find a better choice.
This condo is available to rent for the entire ski season. December 1st to May 1st rental would be $4800 per month with a one month damage deposit and a lease. Arrangements for a shorter stay are negotiable, but at a higher rate. The rental is fully furnished as pictured here and the rent includes water, heat, electricity and cable TV.
