***Beautiful OCEANFRONT 2 bedroom/2 bath condo in one of the best buildings in Ocean City. Building recently underwent 5 million dollar remodeling project. The Atlantis on 103rd St. also offers 24 hour security with video monitoring on every floor. Directly next to the Clarion resort which offers dancing in one of the best nightclubs in OC and delicious food. Within walking distance to just about everything.

**This oceanfront beauty was recently (5/08) painted throughout and has brand new furniture in both bedrooms and the living room/dining room.
The fully equipped kitchen is supplied with everything you will need including pots, pans, utensils, dishware, glasses etc. The unit also has a dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, toaster oven, and refrigerator/freezer, plus lots of space to store your food.
The dining room provides seating for 6 or have the little ones enjoy their meals at the breakfast bar with seating for 3.

The decor in the living room will make you feel like you are relaxing in a cottage beach home. Put your feet up in the reclining chair or lounge on the loveseat or large sofa, which doubles as a QUEEN PULLOUT SLEEPER if needed. There is a TV(cable) and DVD player.

The enclosed balcony allows you to enjoy the ocean even if it rains. There is seating for 6 in this enclosed 4 season room. Windows open to allow you to feel the gentle ocean breeze and hear the waves. OR sip your morning coffee as you watch dolphins frolic in the water.

The master bedroom provides a KING size bed and a small loveseat, which pulls out into a SINGLE SLEEPER if needed, perhaps for a child. Let the waves lull you to sleep in this beautifully decorated cottage style oceanfront room or slip away and watch TV. The master bedroom has a private full bath.

The second bedroom provides 2 SINGLE beds and views of the spectacular sunsets that Ocean city is famous for. There is also a TV in this room. There is a full bath with shower outside the 2nd bedroom as well.
For your convenience there is a brand new washer/dryer in the unit.

Unit has central air cond. and ceiling fans in dining room, and both bedrooms. Renters provide their own linens and towels as well as any toiletries/paper products.

The Atlantis also provides a large OUTDOOR POOL for your enjoyment.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED IN THE UNIT OR ON THE DECK/4 SEASON ROOM DUE TO HEALTH REASONS. THIS POLICY MUST BE STRICTLY ADHERED TO AND WE APPRECIATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING.

Renters must be age 23 or older, and proof of age is required. We DO NOT rent during the month of June. Person signing contract must remain at property for entire stay. NO subletting. Strictly enforced.

Sat to Sat rentals in season. Check in 3pm. Check out 10am.
We DO rent off season as well. 3 night minimum.
Enjoy OC during the off season when it is quieter, less crowded and save money at the same time!!!

**10.5% State and County taxes will be added to all rentals.
**$300 Security Deposit also required. Returned within 30 days as long as there is no damage to unit/property or excessive cleaning required.
**$30 (cash) registration fee is due at check in at unit. Parking provided for one car. Parking pass is issued by the business office.

NOTE: $75 CLEANING FEE WILL BE ADDED TO ALL BOOKINGS if renting less than one full week

The owners are very helpful and great to work with, and all communication is done in a very timely manner. The condo has a very friendly security staff. We had a great time here, and would definitely recommend this property, and hope to stay here again sometime soon!

  • The Fuller's "Home-Away-from-Home" OC condo was the PERFECT spot for our vacation! It's location is great for whatever you're looking for: whether it be convenient stores & restaurants, places to go, sites to see, and even for a private get-away right on the ocean. This year we needed that private get-away & total relaxation of mind & body, & that's just what we got! It rained almost our whole week there, but the condo has such a beautiful beach decor, widespan view of the ocean, soothing sounds of ocean waves, & breathtaking sunrises, that we didn't even care about the weather! The on-line display pictures are true to form!, the unit is well-equipped, and the owners are wonderful & accomodating to work with!! Security was pleasant & helpful, and the beach & pool access are right there! We would most definitely choose to go back again & recommend it for others!

We like the beach in the morning and the pool in the afternoon and found with the "no chair saving policy" at the pool, we never had trouble finding lounge chairs around the pool after lunch. Pool and grounds well maintained. No trouble finding things to do in Ocean City Condo owners Geralyn and Dave Fuller, were a pleasure to deal with.

We were able to leech of some other condos wireless as well. We would definitely stay here again.
