Located within a gated community, the front yard is maintained by the Homeowners Association and the backyard is beautifully landscaped.
There are two master suites, one with a queen-size bed, and the other with two twin-size beds. This home is 1,330 square feet, very spacious and nicely decorated for visitors to enjoy all the comforts of home, plus a two car garage. Beautifully carpeted and tiled throughout. The heated pool and spa (community) is just a short walk away.
This home is about 20-25 minutes from the Phoenix Airport and is within walking distance of the Superstition Springs Mall. Dining, shopping and entertainment are located just outside of the gated community. It is available to both winter and summer visitors.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
* This includes all utilities including cable and telephone (excluding long distance).
* There is a $1000 Security Deposit for monthly; $500 Security Deposit for weekly; returned in full (held until inspection-two weeks after vacating) if it is left in the same or better condition. If not, following cleaning or repairs, any remaining funds are returned. Security deposit must be paid with cashier’s check or money order, in United States funds within three (3) days of reservation.
