Our first consideration was location- we wanted to be able to easily access Keystone, Breck, A Basin & Copper and hit all of them in our week in Colorado. I can't imagine a better central location than this one. We drove, but the public transportation was readily available. Second consideration was space. Our group consisted of parents plus 3 college sons. We all need room to come together AND to have some privacy. This townhouse was so roomy. The 3 levels perfectly accomodated those who wanted to spend time together, those who wanted to sleep, and those who just needed to "veg". The last (and most important to me) was the comfort. The townhouse was immaculate, the sheets and towels fresh and clean; and plenty of cups, plates, pots and pans to settle in and feel at home-not like at a hotel. We ended up cooking most nights and sitting by the fire, playing board games (and crashing early)! Too bad you couldn't do anything about the SNOW- or lack thereof. Record warm temps, but beautiful blue skies and plenty to do. The owner was in contact with me before, during, and after our stay to insure a good experience. Thank you Jeff- we will be back.

We stayed at this townhome over New Year's 2011 and were very pleased. It had a very cozy feeling right away. I had great communication with the owner and he was very helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. The townhome is about a 8-10 minute walk to Main Street where we enjoyed the Back Country Brewery and Ollie's Pub. We'd never been to Frisco before and originally planned to travel into Breckenridge once we arrived, but the town was so welcoming, we decided to stay put. We loved our stay and everyone had an excellent time!

Great three-level condo, close to town and the mountains. Fully decorated for Christmas and everything worked great. We ended up only having 6 in our group, which was perfect for the size. Having a full 12 would make for a pretty cramped kitchen and living room, but it would be managable. The owner was great and I would definitely recommend this property to others.

We spent two wonderful weeks at this Frisco Bay townhome and we loved it. The townhome is in a wonderful location with views of the water, mountains and marina. We felt right at home as soon as we arrived due to the cleanliness and the decor of the home. Everything we needed was at our fingertips and the location was convenient to everything. We were only a few miles from Dillon, Breckenridge, Keystone and Vail, so we were able to spend time in each of these beautiful towns. Frisco is a really cute town and in walking distance from the townhome, so we enjoyed getting our exercise walking to shops, galleries and restaurants ... loved it. We hated to leave, but will look forward to coming back again. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! Pat and Pam Treasure Island, FL

I spent a week at this property biking with five of my friends. The townhome was clean, well furnished, & in good working order. It is a short walking distance to downtown Frisco & right across the street from the bike trail. The marina is a short walk too. Frisco is centrally located on the trail system & there are a lot of road riding options too. The owners were easy to work with & followed up to make sure all my concerns & questions were met.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations exceeded our expectations. Everything was neat and clean and very comfortable. It was also very convenient to Frisco (within walking distance) and only a few miles from Breckenridge. We also used the rec center pass to sit in a hot tub and "soak" in the scenery of the mountains! The owner was exceptionally helpful and very prompt with answering any questions. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends and family.

Our family spent the 4th of July week in Frisco and had a wonderful time. The accommodations were perfect. A wonderful comfortable space with the best location you could possibly get for viewing the fireworks. Easy walk to main street in Frisco, and also to the marina. Could not have asked for anything better. The owners were great to work with and make every effort to make sure that everything is just right.

We enjoyed our vacation and the townhome was a major reason why. We were within walking distance of downtown Frisco, an elementary school with a fabulous park, and the lake was right across the street. It is also a great location that is centrally located in summit county. The townhome was very comfortable for 5 adult and two kids. The owner was easy to reach when we had questions. The description of the townhome is very accurate and all of the ammenities are as described. We received a prompt refund of the security deposit without asking. We highly recommend this townhome!!! Thanks!!!

We had a great spring break. The condo was very nice, clean and well stocked (except for extra kitchen trash bags). The owners were always very helpful and prompt with all communication with us. We also loved the location, just down the road from everything. We had a blast at the Frisco Nordic Center: toobing, snowshoeing, sledding and the dinner sleigh ride. We also went snowmobiling between Leadville and Cooper, it was amazing, they took us pretty much to the top of a mountain. Loved the shopping on Main St., NO typical, boring souvenir shops! Plenty of really good restaurants, but loved having a kitchen to cook breakfast in and for keeping a supply of snacks and drinks. If we ever come back we will definitely stay here!
Owner response:Gary, thanks for the feedback. Glad you had a great spring break. The Sleigh Dinner Ride sounds great. I think Suzy and I need to try that ourselves!

I contacted the owner for a last minute reservation. He was very helpful and accomodating to our schedule. It was easy to find according to the directions. The 3 floors made it nice for everyone to spread out. It would be a wonderful place in the summer as well, since the lake was within view. We will definately be back!
Owner response:Summer indeed is my favorite season at our home. Viewing the lake from either the living room deck or the upstairs master bedroom deck is so peaceful, particularly early morning, and at sunset. There seems to be always some type of concert or event on Mainstreet on the weekends. My favorite is the BBQ Festival.

This townhome is a great place for a vacation! It is comfortable, quite, and has the feeling of being "at home." It is clean and well maintained. It is perfect for your ski vacation or summer fun! It has three bedrooms and six beds including the sofa sleepers. One bedroom is on the upper level, two are in the basement, and the main level has a kitchen and living area. It has two 2 & 1/2 baths and a washer/dryer. The unit also has a one car garage and plenty of extra parking. The owners are very friendly, helpful, and eager to answer any questions that you have. They made every effort to ensure an enjoyable stay, and they promply returned the security deposit after the stay. It's a great value, and I highly recommend staying here!

Thank you for allowing us to "borrow" your home for the week. Great location. We enjoyed boarding at Breckenridge, Keystone, and Vail. Enjoyed dinner at Motherleaded and Emis in Breckenridge and breakfast at Butterhorn. The weather ws downright cold somedays@ -16 during the day, and -36 at night, But! we survived to see warmer days. We also traveled over to Aspen to view the X games which we would highly recommend to anyone - amazing talented athletes! Thank you again

Very clean property located in the heart of Frisco. The townhouse has a well stocked kitchen, plenty of blankets and comfortable beds. The living area was nice, a little tight for our crew, but we made it all work well. Garage was available for use, but we did not access that area. Parking was ample and the neighbors were nice to talk with. The owners were very easy to work with and were very accessible if we had questions. What a wonderful week away in a very nice home. Easy walk to downtown or a quick drive away to get to shops, stores and places to eat. Located nicely between Breckenridge, Keystone and Copper and close to the shuttle stop. Nice driving distance to Vail.
Owner response:Just this past week we increased the sitting area withing the living room. We updated the sleeper sofa with a new, very comfortable sleeper. We also added a matching love seat, as well as a sitting chair. The living room area is now very comfortable, and matches the mountain decor of our home.

My family of six plus a friend stayed during our recent ski trip. A very good location, well maintained, and everything worked well. Sleeping for 7 was very comfortable. The garage worked well for storing our ski equipment. We were pleased with everything.
Owner response:Our garage easily fits a large SUV or similar vehicle. Just recently replaced the key pad on the garage door so that it can be readily opened and closed from the outside.

I can't tell you how much we enjoyed staying in your home. The first night in the town, the temperature dropped down to 5 degrees, and going out for dinner was almost unbearable!!! We got back in and sat by the fire and drank some hot cocoa before turning in for our second day on the slopes. After learning our lesson for the first night, we stayed in and made dinner and played family BINGO and board games before we left the next morning. We got out right on time as the mountains got hit with a major snow storm that night and the next day wreaking havoc on the roads. But lucky for us we got to see the snow fall in the city. We hope to plan another big family trip up there, and we would love to stay in your home again when that happens!

There were 11 of us here this weekend for our friends birthday. We really enjoyed the place - it was clean, cozy, and super stocked with absolutely everything we would need. We could not find, however, a cutting board. Great location, fun decorations, we particularly enjoy the bears in fur vests and the moose paiting across from the table.

Thanks so much and Merry Christmas! We had a great time and spent most of it at Copper Mountain. The condo was terrific and next time we ski, you'll hear from us again. Overall the condo was real handy and my wife loved the Christmas decorations! We had plenty of room and all the cooking wares helped us save a buck or two. Luckily my wife didn't find the outlet mall in Dillon until our last day! No fair building an outlet mall with a captive audience. It was a great vacation and our family enjoyed it immensely! Thanks for making a big part of our adventure worry and hassle free!
