ATTENTION ALL DESTIN LOVERS: Your family will love vacationing in this new (Summer 2008) Parade of Homes, furnished two bedroom plus bunk room condo in the new Ariel Dunes II located in Seascape Resort. Enjoy fantastic views, comfortable furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen to guarantee a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.
Our condo surpasses any hotel room as the family room features comfortable seating, flat panel TV, DVD player, free wireless Internet and upgraded ceiling fans, just to name a few. The sliding glass doors allow for unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico that will take your breath away! The dining room features seating for six and bar seating for three.
This condominium will comfortably sleep eight, six of whom can enjoy private rooms. The master bedroom features a king size bed with lush bedding, flat panel TV w/DVD player and a private bath with separate shower and soaking tub. You will wake up to views of the vibrant blue colors of the Gulf of Mexico.
The second bedroom offers a queen size bed with beautiful bedding, flat panel TV w/DVD player, upgraded ceiling fan and direct access to a shared bath.
The bunk room suits the kids' needs perfectly. It also has has a TV w/DVD player.
As the pictures accurately depict, the family room is furnished beautifully and the couch turns into a sleeper sofa.
We have upgraded the door locks to a state of the art electronic keypad system which will allow you to not have to use metal keys or useless swipe cards that have a tendency to lose their info at the most unfortunate times. With our locks, we will simply provide you your own unique code good for only the duration of your stay.
When you arrive in Destin, there is no need to check in or pick up a key, simply go to the condo and start vacationing!
A little about Ariel Dunes II. The tower was completed in the summer of 2007 and we started renting this condo in the summer of 2008. You will enjoy fantastic HUGE pools with fountains and waterfalls. There is also a free exercise fitness room, dry sauna and steam room in the building for the exclusive use by Ariel Dunes II owners and guests. You can also cruise over to Ariel Dunes I and enjoy the Cabana Cafe, a full service restaurant and bar.
If that's not enough for you, you can enjoy the convenience of golfing on Seascape's challenging 18-hole golf course, right outside your door! You can also enjoy tennis and beach chair and umbrella set-up through Seascape (beach service only available during high season).
The nearby (less than 3/4 of a mile) Silver Sands Outlet Malls, multitude of restaurants, shopping and entertainment will provide everything you and your family are looking for in a vacation. Thank you for allowing us to stay during the week at your wonderful condo. My family and I had a wonderful time. From golfing, shopping, dinning, my entire family had things to do! The view is also pleasant. On our next trip to the Destin area, we would hope this condo is available. Again, thank you for allowing us to stay!

The condo is exactly as the pictures look. The close proximity to the beach was perfect with our 10 month old. We have a 12 year old and 10 month old and this was a vacation that worked for both of them, we also had a 19 year old with us. Beaches were great, the pools were nice and not crowded. Lots of good places to eat, shopping, mini-golf etc all close to this condo. Owners were very good at communicating back with me anytime I had a question.

We had a great time at the condo! The owners were wonderful to work with. The pictures acurately showed the unit and it was actually bigger than I expected. The condo was clean and well maintained when we got there. The unit is not beach front but has a beautiful view of the gulf from the balcony. We enjoyed the walk to the beach across a scenic bridge over a pond. Our two year old loved seeing the ducks everyday! The internet conection was hard to find in the condo. The only spot we got a connection was the corner of the coffee table in the living room. Other than that, no complaints. I would definately recommend this unit to family and friends and we will consider renting here in the future!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ariel Dunes II. The condo was immaculate and very spacious. The halls and pool areas were very clean and secure. The kids loved the beach and all the pools, and we are especially thankful for all the wonderful dining suggestions in the Destin, FL area. I would highly recommend taking a wonderful relaxing vacation at this condo. Great location, great area, great views!!

Maybe it was due to recent events but our vacation in Destin was "quiet and fun". The pools at the Ariel Dunes were great. The beach was not overly crowded, yet it was full of families having a great time. And the condo was just perfect for our family of six. We had enough room for everyone to be comfortable. It was quiet and we were in a very nice place with all the comforts of home. My only complaint is we had to leave. Thanks Andrea & Steve for letting us hang out at your place for a week.

We enjoyed our stay, nice property and the large balcony was enjoyable. My only complaint is that the ceiling fan in the queen size bed room is noisy and the headboard is very loose and shaky. Thanks for the stay, Ms. Jeanne Wright

Condo 509 in Ariel Dunes II was very nicely decorated and very functional. My family and I were immediately impressed by the decor and large size of the unit. Kitchen was clean and had all the pots, pans and utensils we needed for the week. From the condo door - the beach was a 5 minute walk away, but with the cool ocean breezes, it wasn't bad at all. I would definitely recommend this unit to other prospective renters.
