Charming, classy, spacious remodeled home with two first floor bedrooms and two bathrooms. The upstairs is not yet remodeled and currently unavailable. This home was built in 1929 by the owner of the sawmill in the Village. The living and dining room, both bedrooms, foyer, and hallway have the original hardwood floors in oak, maple and birdseye maple. All are refinished. There's a gorgeous view of the bay from bay windows in the living room, dining room, and a large picture window in one bedroom. The remodeled kitchen is mostly white with crystal door knobs on the cupboards and a quaint built in cupboard that shares access with the dining room. The back yard is also 'remodeled' with lovely flower gardens, window boxes, an arch style arbor, water fountain, and a natural cedar privacy fence. Woodard furniture is on the patio with a bright red market umbrella. The fragrance of lilacs, Russian sage, and butterfly bushes and the butterflies and birds that they attract completes the summer setting. And, it's an easy four block walk to the quaint Village of Suttons Bay with all the activities that vacationers love.
