The large-scale wall graphics, the beautiful cherry stained louvered doors, island colors and fabrics truly make this an impressive space with tropical grandeur.
The Dining area also has a built-in bar, glass rack and CD stereo system as well as many music tapes etc.
•Euro Kitchen– the open European kitchen design has all of the conveniences of home, including white laminate cabinetry, cherry stained countertop edging, a dishwasher, microwave, new refrigerator, garbage disposal etc.. The built-in breakfast bar is great for the kids and quick snacks. The open space lets in the beautiful natural light and is easy to maintain.
•Laundry– just off the kitchen the laundry has all a full size washer and dryer, right in the unit for your convenience. Also included are built-in cabinets and shelves for your use.

The vanities all have large mirrors, color coordinated faucets, towel bars and a unique shower design enclosed in glass block with privacy cherry stained louvered folding doors.
•Bedroom 2 – offers two twin beds with island decorator wicker furnishings, tropical bedspreads and a 10’ slider to exterior gallery protected with sliding louvered panels, cathedral ceilings and ceiling fans provide for comfortable sleeping as well as ocean air from the end galley. By closing the louvered doors one can separate this bath so it is private to the master suite if desired.

•Loft Art Gallery – Accessed from the main living area via a custom designed ships ladder and cherry stained pole railing, this upper floor space offers a comfortable space as well as an opportunity to overview the entire living space below. The loft art gallery contains original artwork of the island architecture by the Owner/Architect. A large arched window with fan divided lights provides for natural light in a very peaceful space.
•Loft Bedroom 3 –this upper floor bedroom offers a well designed space for privacy of adults and especially the early to bed needs of any children with two more twin beds.
