Bring your friends and family to this delightful virgin paradise. The beauty of #315 is the grand size and special appointments, at 1,800 +s.f., fully tiled and with a 30’ long covered gallery for outdoor dining and lounging. It’s as big as a large home but has rentals based on a two bedroom, four-person occupancy, so you have the best of both worlds.

*Ocean Front Galley: Offering a commanding view of the beautiful palm tree lined sandy beach and ocean reef beyond as well as famous Buck Island. The large Galley size accommodates outside covered dining area, more seating and twin lounge chairs. Its continuous ocean breezes, cathedral ceilings and exterior ceiling fans and low night lighting provide for comfortable card playing, napping, reading or people watching. *Comforts & Features: This is one off the largest units in this complex with over 1800 s.f. of floor space. Additional space like the loft gallery plus cherry stain doors not found i other units.
The extra long covers waterfront balcony really adds to the comfort of the space.
It's extremely high cathedral ceilings, large bright windows offering lots of natural lighting and extremely pleasant surroundings make this a wonderful living experience.

*Competitiveness/Size: I can tell you that #315 is by far one of the best designed, pleasantly decorated, largest and most affortable in the resort complex.
You will pay the same rate for our unit as you would for a standard two bedroon unit wothout the added benefit of the open end gallery and double sized loft. The advantage of a large end unit is apparent in the open bright 17' cathedral ceilings offering airy space at almort twice the size of other units in our complex.

AUGUST - SEPTEMBER SPECIAL
Because the weather is warmer in the states in August/September many people feel the Caribbean is not an attractive destination. That is why we offer '5 WILL GET YOU 7' August & September Special. The reality is that St. Croix Summers are just as great as the Winters, a little less windy, but everyday is still a beach day. Typically August & September are warmer when yoiu are in-town, away from the ocean beaches, but very confortable when in our air conditioned unit or on our beach under a palm tree. We often have short Caribbean Summer showers that last only a few minutes and cool things down in the late afternoon. We offer this special '5 WILL GET YOU 7' value at our reduced off-season rate. 4 people can spend the entire week @ Sugar Beach #315 during the months of August & September for only $850 +tax/serv/engy fee.

Not next to or near a beach, but ‘Right on the Beach’. You will be able to relax and enjoy one of the largest units in this ocean front resort complex. We have so many guests that simply request #315 year after year, without reservation.

Why the Owner Chose Christiansted

Prior to purchasing our unit #315 at Sugar Beach, we had visited an island under the flag of a different country. We realized if we wanted to enjoy some real quality 'island time' with a scure investment we needed to buy a property that flew under the American Flag. We also wanted a non-commercial island, not densley populated for the best living environment. We sought to secure a large direct 'beachfront' unit, which was not only large enough for our family but able to accommodate other families our size, with great views of the Caribbean. We looked for a bright, pleasant, airy and exciting space with supplemental services. Needless to say we found it all right here at Sugar Beach. OUr first visit to Sugar Beach was a very pleasant experience. The owners and Staff made us feel right at home.

The Unique Benefits at this House

There is nothing like spending time on the balcony over looking the surf rolling upon the beach, which is 100' from our building. The waters in front of the unit make for great snorkling. Christiansted is a short 5 minute drive and there are two great restaurants on properties on either side of the unit.

Christiansted - Boardwalk Shopping, Restaurants etc.

The most active and interesting town in St. Croix, it has everything a visitor would desire. From the oceanfront numerous restaurants and bars (including the 'Brew House') to the famous boardwalk 'snail races'. The beautiful harbor and boats create a delightful setting for specialty shopping or just relaxing with a 'Rum Runners Punch'. See the old Fort & walk the historic streets.

Buck Island

Daily rental boat excursions for snorkeling or just glass bottom boats for observing the colorful reefs and tropical fish are available. It's a wonderful day trip that also allow you to walk the pristine sugar sand beaches of 'Buck Island', a treasured National Park Service seashore property.

Salt River Landing

A very special location and the reported site of Christopher Columbus first landing here. This area has a wonderful harbor side tavern where watching afternoon sports is a unique pleasure. Located at the edge of the tropical rain forest, it has its own ambiance, a protected cove harbor, a marina, quite, pleasant surroundings, a must see.

We are semi-retired self-employed in the SW Missouri area and even though we live on a lake, we still enjoy traveling and doing different things, especially at St. Croix where we an get some well deserved 'island time'.
