The beauty of #315 is the grand size and special appointments, at 1,800 +s.f., fully tiled and with a 30’ long covered gallery for outdoor dining and lounging. It’s as big as a large home but has rentals based on a two bedroom, four-person occupancy, so you have the best of both worlds.
•Open Living/Dining Room– opens to 10’ slider to exterior gallery letting in the sounds of the ocean. Its 17’ high cathedral ceilings and suspended ceiling fans provide for a very comfortable entertainment and conversation area, furnished with a large sofa bed and wicker seating covered with decorator fabrics. The large-scale wall graphics, the beautiful cherry stained louvered doors, island colors and fabrics truly make this an impressive space with tropical grandeur.
The Dining area also has a built-in bar, glass rack and CD stereo system as well as many music tapes etc.
•Euro Kitchen– the open European kitchen design has all of the conveniences of home, including white laminate cabinetry, cherry stained countertop edging, a dishwasher, microwave, new refrigerator, garbage disposal etc.. The built-in breakfast bar is great for the kids and quick snacks. The open space lets in the beautiful natural light and is easy to maintain.
•Laundry– just off the kitchen the laundry has all a full size washer and dryer, right in the unit for your convenience. Also included are built-in cabinets and shelves for your use.
•Ocean Front Galley– offers a commanding view of the beautiful palm tree lined sandy beach and ocean reef beyond as well as famous Buck Island. The large Galley size accommodates outside covered dining area, more seating and twin lounge chairs. Its continuous ocean breezes, cathedral ceilings and exterior ceiling fans and low night lighting provide for comfortable card playing, napping, reading or people watching. This is where the saying ’DIED AND GONE TO HEAVEN’ must have originated.
•Master Bedroom BR 1– opens to 10’ slider to exterior gallery letting in the sounds of the ocean waves, cathedral ceilings and ceiling fans provide for comfortable sleeping without the use of the central air conditioning system, furnished with a King Size bed with decorator bedspreads, built-in dresser with recessed lighting, large closet with cherry stained louvered doors makes this a majestic space
•Master Bath – the separate vanity area outside the bathroom provides a delightful area for a make-up area while others can enjoy the ‘shower with a view’. The vanities all have large mirrors, color coordinated faucets, towel bars and a unique shower design enclosed in glass block with privacy cherry stained louvered folding doors.
•Bedroom 2 – offers two twin beds with island decorator wicker furnishings, tropical bedspreads and a 10’ slider to exterior gallery protected with sliding louvered panels, cathedral ceilings and ceiling fans provide for comfortable sleeping as well as ocean air from the end galley. By closing the louvered doors one can separate this bath so it is private to the master suite if desired.
•Bath Two– again offers a separate vanity area outside the bathroom provides a delightful area for a make-up area while other guest can enjoy a deep bath or
shower.
•Loft Art Gallery – Accessed from the main living area via a custom designed ships ladder and cherry stained pole railing, this upper floor space offers a comfortable space as well as an opportunity to overview the entire living space below. The loft art gallery contains original artwork of the island architecture by the Owner/Architect. A large arched window with fan divided lights provides for natural light in a very peaceful space.
•Loft Bedroom 3 –this upper floor bedroom offers a well designed space for privacy of adults and especially the early to bed needs of any children with two more twin beds. A comfortable space away form the noise and activity, the loft bedroom has cathedral ceilings and ceiling fan to provide for comfortable sleeping. A large window in this space with fan divided lights provides for natural light in a very peaceful atmosphere.
•Galley Bedroom 4 –off the main level and MBR, this bedroom offers a well designed space for privacy of adults and especially the early to bed needs of any children, A comfortable space away form the noise and activity, the loft bedroom has cathedral ceilings and ceiling fan to provide for comfortable sleeping. A large window in this space with fan divided lights provides for natural light in a very peaceful atmosphere.
