This non-smoking beach cottage is truly a home away from home. Never before on the rental program and professionally decorated, it offers everything you need for a relaxing beach stay. A family friendly floor plan, the 1500 square foot poolside cottage, sleeps six adults comfortably and eight, if little ones are included.
The sun inspired décor offers a luxurious master suite for adults while offering a child friendly atmosphere for the easy comfort of vacation living with the kids. The suite also features a private Jacuzzi bath, double sink vanity, walk-in closet and an entertainment center with ample storage housing a 27-inch TV.
Just off the master suite, the rear deck overlooks Maravilla's second pool, hot tub and clubhouse. A large open grassy area, visible from the deck, is perfect for the kids to fly a kite or run and play while you are relaxing and grilling out. The two guest rooms have queen beds, TVs, DVD players, and ample closet space so you can really move in and unwind! A queen-size sleeper sofa accommodates additional guests. A big extra in this cottage is a large ice machine that will save on those trips to the store for ice.
Destin offers unlimited dining opportunities, but if staying in is your preferred dining experience, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for an extended vacation stay. The dining table accommodates six and the bar comfortably seats an additional four.
The cottage boasts ten foot ceilings, tile floors in the living, kitchen and dining areas, carpet in the bedrooms, central heating and air conditioning, a kitchen pantry, laundry room with full size washer and dryer, and on-site security.
The beautiful stucco exterior of this beach cottage accentuates the luxurious interior living accommodations. The Maravilla complex features 300 feet of private gulf frontage, two pools, whirlpool, fitness center, barbecue grills, picnic area and sundeck, all surrounded by the lush tropical Florida landscape.
Our cottage is just a short walk to the beach, truly just 5 minutes or less, and the beach chairs and umbrella are there waiting for you daily.
