This is as close to heaven as you can get. The unit sits above the beach and has a private staircase leading to the sand. It is in a gated community with underground parking. This unit has been recently remodeled. The interior is comfortable and inviting, and the view of the Sunsets from the patio is priceless. And there is no extra charge for the cool, relaxing ocean breeze.
A short drive south and you are in San Diego. Great sightseeing, restaurants and attractions. Have a fun filled day in San Diego, and then back to the condo in time to watch the sun go down. You will have some great memories to take home when your stay is over..

My family stayed here for 8 days over spring break and the accommodations were wonderful. The condo was exactly how it was portrayed and is close to all San Diego attractions. Watching the beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the patio were spectacular. Great restaurants nearby! Would highly recommend!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This place is excellent. I would highly recommend vacation here. My wife, one year old, and I had a great time. We found the ocean view peaceful. This condo is walking distance to the San Diego County Fair and race track. It is less than a half hour from all of the beaches my wife and I wanted to visit. The condo is just as pictured. But how close is it to the water? You could pretty much stand on the patio and throw a rock into the ocean from this property. No other buildings are between this property and the ocean. The picture in the listing showing the ocean view from the living room is accurate. Parking is outstanding. Privacy and security are very good here too. If you are looking for all of these features and the ability to hear and see the ocean while in the condo then this is the spot. My only hesitation in writing this review is that someone else may try to book it the next time I want to go on vacation.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+.
