Beautiful, mountain home in peaceful wooded setting, only ten minutes from world-class skiing at Winter Park Ski Resort and family skiing at Sol Vista Ski Resort. You'll feel right at home in the mountains - this spacious, two-level home has all the comforts and amenities, including a family-size hot tub! This home is ideal for couples or a large family. The main floor includes a great room with TV, DVD and VHS players, stereo CD/cassette player, and gas fireplace; a bedroom with queen bed and full bath; a utility room with washer and dryer; super-sized kitchen (with all appliances and utensils), breakfast bar, and a large dining area. Plenty of videos, CDs, and games are provided to entertain as you curl up next to the fireplace on a cool evening. And after a day of skiing, hiking, golf, or many other available outdoor activities, the large hot tub on the deck provides soothing relaxation for all. The large two-car attached garage has plenty of extra room to store your sports equipment and outdoor gear. (Note: garage temporarily may not be available for guest use during the summer and fall months of 2008)
On the upper floor, there are three spacious bedrooms including a master with sitting area, five-piece master bath and jacuzzi tub, a bedroom with twin beds, another large bedroom with queen bed, and a shared full bath. All bedrooms have cable TV with VCR.
Payment is by personal check or cash. Taxes of 5.7% apply. A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your reservation, with the balance due (including all taxes) 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. Once the 30-day point is reached, the rental fee is nonrefundable unless we are able to rebook the property for the dates you had reserved. If rebooked, a prorated refund will be calculated for each day we are able to rebook the property, less a $35 cancellation fee. Trip insurance is recommended for unforeseen cancellations.
A damage deposit of $400 by personal check is required with the second half payment. The check will be returned within 7 days after the end of the rental period, if no damage is noted.
