The Quarry has two large lakes, one 230 acres and the other 90 acres. The big lake has a huge beach and the Quarry Resort Club. Renters will have full access to the Beach Club which has a resort pool, lap pool, fitness club, restaurant and more. Renters will also have access to play and have dinner at the Quarry Golf Country Club (applicable green fees apply).
The unit is on the second floor in a four unit building overlooking a small lake and the Quarry Golf Course with attached two car garage. The unit is two years old and is virtually brand new and is fully furnished. The unit has an large master unit with walk in closet and master bathroom. There are two other nice size bedrooms with full bath and showers (unit has 3 full baths). One of the bedrooms and bathrooms is private and can be used as a guest suite. The unit has a den. The kitchen is very large with an island, all appliances and cooking utensils. The kitchen has a full size table overlooking the lake and golf course. The kitchen also has a counter with stools. There is a very spacious family room with television and a full dining room. Also, there is a bonus room that can used by kids to watch movies, play computer games, or the room can be used for storage. The unit has a full laundry room with washer and dryer. Spacious lanai with grill, table and chairs is in the rear of the unit overlooking the lake.
