Welcome to our brand new duplex, located in Tabernash, just 15 minutes from Winter Park and Sol Vista, 1 hour and 15 minutes from Denver. Enjoy the amazing mountain views from inside or sitting on the large back patio enjoying the outdoor gas fire pit and listening to the creek flow by.
Our 1400 square foot unit has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and a bathroom. Both bedrooms are on the second level, day bed and trundle bed in loft on 2nd level also to accommodate up to 6 people. The master bathroom has an extra large bath tub for relaxing after a day of skiing.
The main floor consists of a large, open kitchen/dining/great room area with vaulted ceiling and lots of windows to view the beautiful scenery of the valley, mountains and creek. There is a gas fireplace, 37 inch TV w/ DVD and surround sound theater, iPod doc, and dining table that will seat six, and extra bar space available.
The kitchen is fully-equipped with top of the line appliances and stocked with all the necessary cooking and eating supplies, including microwave, coffeemaker, and dishwasher. There is a one car garage and washer and dryer for your use. Towels and linens are also there for your use.
In addition to skiing being just minutes away, there are also many restaurants to chose from. Devils Thumb Ranch has a spa less than 10 minutes away, liquor and convience store 1/2 mile away.
If you are looking for some peace and quiet, or activities during any season, Coyote Creek is in the perfect location. Activities for every season are just outside your door.
