This magnificent home completed May 2008 with eight bedrooms, eight bathrooms is located in the coastal gulf front community of Frangista Beach, in Destin, FL. The Mediterranean style home has 4,200 square feet of living space, 600 square feet of decks and private pool. Access to the private beach is just a two minute walk.
The first floor is a wonderful open gathering area with coffered ceilings, custom murals, ample seating and a 42 inch large flat screen TV. The kitchen is state of the art with granite counter tops and Viking stainless steel appliances. The dining room and breakfast bar have ample seating for meals and games. This floor also has a master queen suite, a custom built bunk room which sleeps 3 and a game room with pool table.
The second floor has two beautiful balconies, 3 bedrooms and a media room with large flat screen TV.
The third floor is comprised of two opulent king masters with private baths. The third room is a custom built bunk room which sleeps 4.

We had 4 families including grandparents to stay at the Mikonos and I cannot tell you how much we enjoyed the home. Besides being the most beautiful home in Frangista Beach it is furnished with top of the line everything. Broyhill furniture, Viking appliances and beautiful decor. The large spacious kitchen and large dining table made dinners so nice. With the bad luck of rain every day we were here the home was so vital to our enjoyment. The rain moved out each day and we were also able to enjoy the private beach with umbrellas and chairs set up for us each day. The large pool and grill made a perfect place to begin the night with a hot tub to boot! Also, the multiple flat screens throughout made it great to be able to catch the Olympics too. I cant go without mentioning the top of the line bedding did make it difficult to start the day early! Special thanks to Jim Cochran and those at beachreunion.com for being the best! I am already trying to make it back ASAP!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.
