Welcome to our newly renovated and re-decorated canal front, bay view, ground floor beach condo. Why settle for a small hotel room when your family can relax, spread out, and enjoy our spacious condo? Come and spend a wonderful week in Ocean City with so much to offer.
This is the 4th season we have listed our condo for rent, and we're looking forward to sharing our home away from home with families and adults who want a relaxing, fun time at the beach. Right now our calendar is still open for weeks in May (including Memorial Day), June, July and August (including Labor Day). Hurry for your choice of dates, and the most popular holiday weeks!
Not only tastefully decorated, our condo is comfortable and very clean. There are two large bedrooms with king beds, another convertible queen sofa bed in the family room, two full baths, a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and washer/dryer, a large family room and dining room. Cable TV is included in bedrooms and family room along with VHS and DVD players. Linens and paper products are not included.
Enjoy the canal and bay view from the large porch while sipping your morning coffee, or watching the scarlet sunset in the evening. Walk three steps down to our 25' dock reserved for our condo at no extra cost where you can crab, fish, or secure your water craft.
For those who love boating, jet skiing, or fishing, an added bonus (normally an extra fee) is the included use of our reserved dock with our condo rental. Within three blocks of the condo are a public boat ramp and a public trailer lot.
Spend sunny days at the outdoor pool with shower overlooking the canal and bay that is steps from our door, or stroll four easy blocks to the beach. Included is an off street reserved parking space and visitor spaces in our lot right outside your window.
Our location is wonderfully relaxing but, we are close to great dining, parks, playgrounds, tennis and basketball courts, golf courses, shopping, $2.00 bus rides, the Delaware beaches, outlet malls, and lots more.
We are a non-smoking, no pet condo that is the perfect get away for families and responsible adults. There is a limit of 7 persons including children. Weekly rentals are preferred, but we will consider shorter stays.
Rates for June are dropping from $1200/wk to $1000/wk, for July from $1400/wk to $1200/wk and for August from $1300/wk to $1100/wk. to help with the recession. Rates for less than a full week (3 days minimum) are higher per day. Cleaning service at the end of stay, all taxes and fees are included in the rental.
Contact us with the dates you're considering. We require two nights' rent (refunded if dates cancelled are filled) to hold requested dates. A $200 security deposit (refundable if there is no damage) and the balance of the rent are due two weeks before your stay. Rates are subject to change w/o notice until reservations are confirmed.
