Relax in this fully furnished seaside home-away-from-home, complete with four beach chairs and umbrella to use at your convenience. The owner is meticulous in keeping the condo clean and updated. The condo is 'Deep Cleaned' twice a year, cleaned very well after each stay, and bedspreads are cleaned twice a season. This is a non-smoking and pet-free condo.

This condo sleeps 8: 1 King bed in the Master, 1 Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, and 2 twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. There is also a queen-sized pullout couch for extra bedding. The Master bathroom offers a Jacuzzi tub.
The grounds offer 3 pools, an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and large indoor heated pool, a large jacuzzi hot bath, tennis courts, fitness center, and a steam room... in addition to the gorgeous beach awaiting your arrival! A Ping pong table is new to the common area.
Checking in and out is easy. Drive to the condo where there is a touch pad code on the entry door for easy condo access and close the entry door for check out !!!!!
There is a $300 reservation deposit (RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED) which converts to a security deposit once final payment is received. Then the deposit is returned within a week after check out if all is normal. For your convenience, you may purchase a parking pass at the front desk for $15 per vehicle. There is a two-vehicle parking limit.

The condo was perfect for our stay. It was super clean on arrival and had all the amenities that we could think of. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Our kids enjoyed all three pools and which we're well maintained. Summerchase is at a perfect location and we highly recommend this unit.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

We stayed in this unit from Oct. 8 to Oct. 15, 2011. It was perfect for us. I loved the balcony overlooking the beach. The unit has everything you need, it has plenty of room, and the master bedroom is on the beach side and has a sliding door to the balcony which was nice. The unit was very clean and well maintained and the owner was very helpful in helping me make my decision to stay in SummerChase. We will definitely go back.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My family and I stayed in this unit during March for Spring Break. We are frequent visitors of this area, but this is the first time to stay at Summerchase. We had a great vacation. The weather was perfect and it wasn't too crowed. My wife loved the fact that it wasn't a typical spring break vacation condo. The owner was very easy to work with and very helpful. She responded to us very quickly. The condo was in great condition and felt like home to us.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities.
