Our 1,000+ square foot two bedroom, two bath condominium is located in one of the most desirable areas of Santa Monica, just two blocks and within walking distance of Montana Avenue, an upscale shopping and dining district frequented by celebrities. We are a ten minute walk to the beach, the Third Street Promenade and the world famous Santa Monica Pier.

The condo features a full kitchen with stove, microwave, dishwasher and breakfast nook with dining table; living room with large couch, 27 inch television, DVD player, surround sound, and large movie library; two bathrooms - master has a shower and double sink, guest has a bathtub/shower combo; and French doors lead out to the condos private balcony complete with a custom made built-in barbecue. Plantation shutters are located throughout the condo.

The master bedroom features a large California King size bed with luxurious 600+ thread count sheets and down comforter, walk in closet, TV and DVD player, and brand new Berber carpeting. Guest room/office has a large king size bed and a desk with a computer for your use complete with high speed internet. The condo is also fitted with wireless internet throughout.

There is a reserved on-site parking space for your use during your stay plus one additional guest spot for the building that is used on a first come/first serve basis.

It is a top floor unit, so you will have to climb stairs to enter the condo.

  • The condo was perfect, lots of space and light all over. It's also situated in a nice neighbourhood & close to everything. We had a wonderful time staying here and would definitely recommend this. Furthermore, the owner is fantastic and true to their word. We received our deposit in less than a week of leaving. If we ever come back to Santa Monica, we will definitely be staying here again!

  • What a lovely place to stay while exploring Santa Monica. It's truly located in a great area -- you're not only close to everything; you're part of the neighborhood! The condo is in great condition -- lots of room -- clean -- lots of amenities. It truly beats hotel living. It's equipped with a computer and printer, which makes printing airline boarding passes a breeze. The owners are wonderful. I received my deposit back within 10 days of leaving. I would not hesitate to stay there again.
