This 3rd floor unit has a great location at 4667 Ocean Blvd, San Diego, CA 92109, USA. Web search the address to see it's oceanfront spot. Walk out the front door of the complex and be greeted by a stunning view of the Pacific Ocean or enjoy the most beautiful sunsets.
The unit's main window has a nice view of the Crystal Pier and the surfer's that enjoy the break there. The beautiful sounds of the ocean are easily heard from the unit. Very convenient location to the San Diego airport. The unit has Wifi access and a dedicated underground parking space (6'height limit).
Pacific beach is located off I-5 and Garnet Ave. The beach area south of Crystal Pier is known as Pacific beach. It is a two-mile stretch of sandy beach packed with people, fun waves, an active boardwalk and plenty of space to sunbathe. North Pacific beach is located north of Crystal Pier, a public pier good for strolling and fishing.
The city of Pacific Beach is vibrant and hip. The main streets of Garnet and Grand, which lead to the beach, are lined with shops, bars, restaurants and novelty stores. The Pacific Beach crowd really is unique and make for a fun beach experience. It’s an eccentric community, which ranges from the casual surfer to the tattooed punk rocker to the average college kid. Needless to say it’s a fun place to people watch.
The boardwalk parallels the beach and is lined with shops, restaurants, beach rentals and some apartments for the lucky few who get to enjoy a beautiful beach sunset from their doorstep and a crazy and exciting town just around the corner. The boardwalk is popular all throughout the day and a great place for cycling, jogging, walking or rollerblading.
Almost all water activities are practiced at this beach from surfing, to boogie boarding, swimming and skim boarding. Surfing is popular at this beach. The waves are fun and depending on the conditions can be suitable for all levels of surfing.
There are however separate areas for surfing and swimming. Flags are usually posted to indicate the designated surfing areas. Lifeguards are on duty year round.

Pets are permitted from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. and must be on a leash. Parking at Pacific Beach is easy most weekdays during the winter. However, it will be challenging on weekends and on any day during the summer. We advise arriving early for the best selection. Unmetered street parking is available but fills up quickly. Better yet, stay at one of Pacific Beach’s awesome hotels for the ultimate vacation convenience.

So nice to walk into a clean, and well appointed condo. Especially nice that there was no clutter from personal belongings of the owner as happens often with owner used condos. It was just as advertised, ocean view, very easy access to the beach, comfortable bed. Really like that although it was one bath, there were two vanity sinks in separate locations. Love the layout as well. The owners were prompt with all the paperwork and very detailed about how to negotiate getting into the complex. We will return!

Did anyone watch the Farmers Golf tournament that was just held at Torrey Pines in La Jolla? Great weather. I felt bad for the guy that had a bad last hole and lost in the playoff. Thanks Byron for the 5 star Review. I do hope you return. I've had quite a lot of repeat customers and I try to keep the place top notch and updated. We just added a beach umbrella to go with the 3 beach cruiser bikes, the beach chairs, beach towels, the beach toys, 3 foam wave body boards and more. Bring your own suntan lotion!

Stayed at this condo for a week during Christmas. It was quiet and cozy and felt like home right away. We loved the cruisers and the sounds of the waves. The condo is in a great location. We loved Pacific Beach. The area was so much fun and the people were very friendly. We would love to come back and we would most certainly try to stay here.

My husband and I enjoyed 5 beautiful days at this Pacific Beach condo. The condo was large, clean and had all needed equipment. The view was outstanding. The location made for easy walking to all of the area including town and Mission Beach..We saw more surfers than we have ever seen. Many reminders of Hawaii, but we did not have to travel very far for this great beach condo..
Owner response:Christmas anywhere in the country is nice, but it's hard to beat San Diego and Pacific Beach. Especially this year. It was 70 deg and not a cloud in the sky!

I rented this unit last Sept. 2010 and have booked it for 2 more stays in 2012. The location is perfect, right on the beach.Being a keen surfer this was ideal. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. It is clean and well furnished with nice views of the pier and beach. Traveling from Australia I also found the owner helpful in working in with my flight details. I have stayed at many locations in Pacific Beach over the years and have settled on this unit for all my future visits. Can't wait to get back there. As I said at the beginning PERFECT.

We rented Ocean Point for the week of Thanksgiving. We had a great time! The location was perfect... walking distant to everything. We biked daily while the boys were on the skateboards. The boys also rented surfboard and wetsuits a couple of times. They also used the pool and hot tub one night. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. It was very clean and we made use of the beach chairs and towels. This was the first time we had rented at a VRBO and I have to say that everything was excellent. Totally turnkey... even supplied enough toilet paper, paper towels and cleaning supplies for the week. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family! Thanks for a great time!

I rented this unit for a full week and enjoyed every minute of my stay. The condo is tastefully and comfortably furnished with everything you need for a stay at the beach. Having the ocean and boardwalk right out the front door was amazing. I kept the window open just so I could hear the contant sound of the waves. The underground parking was an excellent amenity. Very secure and safe. The location is a hop, skip and jump to the freeway and reaching the various places in San Diego is a breeze. Try the Bare Back Grill just at the top of the street for excellent food and service. I am looking forward to my next visit and would stay here again.

We use the condo as our get away during weeks that it is not booked and have went to the extra effort to have it clean, decorated in a beach theme and to have a complete and convenient kitchen.

We just spent the last week in San Diego. The condo is in a perfect location for activities on the boardwalk and steps from the beach. The condo is in excellent shape with a very nice view of the ocean and pier from the living room. The building has a very nice pool area, if you just want to hang out for the day. I highly recommend staying in this condo if you enjoy vacationing in the Pacific Beach area of San Diego.

Second time we've stayed here. Feels like home. Clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, everything you would need in Kitchen, Bath and Sleep. Easy entry and very secure. Steps from beach. Away from too much crowd. Yet, action is close if that's what you need. Beach bikes provided, pool, hottub, courtyard very nice. Friendly owner.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It had a well-equipped kitchen to allow us to cook our own meals when we wanted to eat in. It was clean and well furnished. The internet connection worked well. The bed was very comfy too! We enjoyed having access to the bicycles for riding the boardwalk along the ocean and bay. Very nice quiet place on the beach.

Wow, location, location, location....We decided to look around after our usual place that we have rented for years in PB raised their rates, and boy did we find a gem in this place. This wonderful condo is located right in the middle of everything in PB that you want to be near, and did I mention that you can not get any closer to the ocean unless you were sleeping on the beach. This is a very clean updated condo with everything you could possibly need for a great family beach vaction. There are flat screen TV's, high speed interenet and a full kitchen to boot. The living room veiw of the ocean is great and it is always nice to hear the oceans waves through out the day, especially at night. Don't worry about the beach gear, Dean has that covered there are two great boogie boards, chairs and beach towels at your disposal as well as 3 bikes, so leave that stuff at home. We were able to walk to to a majority of great places to eat and beacuse of the location getting to all our destinations was easy and having private gated parking was a treat... Best family Vacation to date, we are already looking to see when we can escape the heat and go back.
