Amazing clean spacious condo in prime location. Very safe but still exciting! Quite in living area and very alive right outside your door. Clean friendly beach below. Heaven is what it is. Price is worth it! Owners very nice and easy to work with! Thanks for a great place!

We enjoyed very much staying at this condo. It is bright, spacious and well maintained. So nice to see the ocean through the living room window and watch people walking on the boardwalk. Hope to come back.

Our Winter 2012 Stay

So nice to walk into a clean, and well appointed condo. Especially nice that there was no clutter from personal belongings of the owner as happens often with owner used condos. It was just as advertised, ocean view, very easy access to the beach, comfortable bed. Really like that although it was one bath, there were two vanity sinks in separate locations. Love the layout as well. The owners were prompt with all the paperwork and very detailed about how to negotiate getting into the complex. We will return!

Owner response:Boy, has the weather in PB and San Diego been awesome this winter. I truly hope all our guests have nice weather, but it is the coast. Did anyone watch the Farmers Golf tournament that was just held at Torrey Pines in La Jolla? Great weather. I felt bad for the guy that had a bad last hole and lost in the playoff. Thanks Byron for the 5 star Review. I do hope you return. I've had quite a lot of repeat customers and I try to keep the place top notch and updated. We just added a beach umbrella to go with the 3 beach cruiser bikes, the beach chairs, beach towels, the beach toys, 3 foam wave body boards and more. Bring your own suntan lotion!

Stayed at this condo for a week during Christmas. It was quiet and cozy and felt like home right away. We loved the cruisers and the sounds of the waves. The condo is in a great location. We loved Pacific Beach. The area was so much fun and the people were very friendly. We would love to come back and we would most certainly try to stay here.

Owner response:Christmas at the beach can be so awesome. This year the weather was 75 deg. The sky a crystal blue. I try to keep our condo up to date and fully equipped. And I try to keep my rates competitive. My husband and I enjoyed 5 beautiful days at this Pacific Beach condo. The condo was large, clean and had all needed equipment. The view was outstanding. The location made for easy walking to all of the area including town and Mission Beach..We saw more surfers than we have ever seen. Many reminders of Hawaii, but we did not have to travel very far for this great beach condo..

Owner response:Christmas anywhere in the country is nice, but it's hard to beat San Diego and Pacific Beach. Especially this year. It was 70 deg and not a cloud in the sky!

Ocean Point Condo

We rented Ocean Point for the week of Thanksgiving. We had a great time! The location was perfect... walking distant to everything. We biked daily while the boys were on the skateboards. The boys also rented surfboard and wetsuits a couple of times. They also used the pool and hot tub one night. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. It was very clean and we made use of the beach chairs and towels. This was the first time we had rented at a VRBO and I have to say that everything was excellent. Totally turnkey... even supplied enough toilet paper, paper towels and cleaning supplies for the week. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family! Thanks for a great time!

Great Time

I rented this unit for a full week and enjoyed every minute of my stay. The condo is tastefully and comfortably furnished with everything you need for a stay at the beach. Having the ocean and boardwalk right out the front door was amazing. I kept the window open just so I could hear the contant sound of the waves. The underground parking was an excellent amenity. Very secure and safe. The location is a hop, skip and jump to the freeway and reaching the various places in San Diego is a breeze. Try the Bare Back Grill just at the top of the street for excellent food and service. I am looking forward to my next visit and would stay here again.

We use the condo as our get away during weeks that it is not booked and have went to the extra effort to have it clean, decorated in a beach theme and to have a complete and convenient kitchen.

Yearly vacation in San Diego

We just spent the last week in San Diego. The condo is in a perfect location for activities on the boardwalk and steps from the beach. The condo is in excellent shape with a very nice view of the ocean and pier from the living room. The building has a very nice pool area, if you just want to hang out for the day. I highly recommend staying in this condo if you enjoy vacationing in the Pacific Beach area of San Diego.

Second time we've stayed here. Feels like home. Clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, everything you would need in Kitchen, Bath and Sleep. Easy entry and very secure. Steps from beach. Away from too much crowd. Yet, action is close if that's what you need. Beach bikes provided, pool, hottub, courtyard very nice. Friendly owner.

Great Family Vaction

Wow, location, location, location....We decided to look around after our usual place that we have rented for years in PB raised their rates, and boy did we find a gem in this place. This wonderful condo is located right in the middle of everything in PB that you want to be near, and did I mention that you can not get any closer to the ocean unless you were sleeping on the beach. This is a very clean updated condo with everything you could possibly need for a great family beach vaction. There are flat screen TV's, high speed interenet and a full kitchen to boot. The living room veiw of the ocean is great and it is always nice to hear the oceans waves through out the day, especially at night. Don't worry about the beach gear, Dean has that covered there are two great boogie boards, chairs and beach towels at your disposal as well as 3 bikes, so leave that stuff at home. We were able to walk to to a majority of great places to eat and beacuse of the location getting to all our destinations was easy and having private gated parking was a treat... Best family Vacation to date, we are already looking to see when we can escape the heat and go back.

Our San Diego Vacation

I'm very glad we picked this property for our San Diego vacation! It's a great location -- right on the Pacific Beach and within 5 min drive to the Mission Beach; 15 min drive to downtown. Condo is spacious and clean. Bikes are great addition to have. We absolutely enjoyed our morning and evening bike rides. It was an awesome vacation. We will definitely recommend this property to our friends and relatives, and will try to rent it again for our future San Diego vacation!

Pacific Beach Condo

This was a perfect location. We could literally walk out the front door of the facility and down to the beach. The view from the living room of the Crystal Pier and the surfers made it a favorite place for us to sit and relax. The condo was well maintained and cleaned. The owner was very helpful and instructive. The pictures from the website were accurate. We would be happy to stay here again. It's location is in a quieter section of Pacific Beach which was nice for us and still convenient to stores, restaurants, etc. We especially loved having the 3 bicycles that we could use to get around with and thus did not need a vehicle for the entire length of our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It had a well-equipped kitchen to allow us to cook our own meals when we wanted to eat in. It was clean and well furnished. The internet connection worked well. The bed was very comfy too! We enjoyed having access to the bicycles for riding the boardwalk along the ocean and bay. Very nice quiet place on the beach.

Owner response:My wife and I like to cook so we want the unit to have a fully stocked kitchen not only for our guests, but for when we go there also. We have a cable modem internet connection and a Simmons Queen in the bedroom.

Just what I needed in the right location

I rented this unit last Sept. 2010 and have booked it for 2 more stays in 2012. The location is perfect, right on the beach.Being a keen surfer this was ideal. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. It is clean and well furnished with nice views of the pier and beach. Traveling from Australia I also found the owner helpful in working in with my flight details. I have stayed at many locations in Pacific Beach over the years and have settled on this unit for all my future visits. Can't wait to get back there. As I said at the beginning PERFECT.

Great Location in San Diego

This property has it all. A well kept, inviting condo with a view of Crystal Pier. The ocean is at your doorstep - just a walk down the steps and you're on the beach. You can leave your car parked and walk to a variety of eclectic shops, bars and restaurants. Breakfast at Kona's is a must. Or bike with the bikes provided on the beach front walk to Belmont Park. Located between LaJolla and Mission Bay, it is just a short drive to the major attractions. Great fun! I would highly recommend this property.

A Wonderful March Get-Away

Our vacation was wonderful at this condo! It is in a neat, well-kept building with all the creature comforts and plenty of room. The view is "to die for" and the location is just as wonderful as the view. The owner is extremely helpful, fair, and friendly. We will definately stay here again if we can schedule. I felt very safe and at home in this condo. The other condo owners were friendly and courteous. We barbequed by the pool and loved walking on the path by the ocean. Each night we kept the living room windows open and fell asleep to the sounds of the ocean. There was a great view of the pier, surfers and people walking their dogs along the beach. There was shopping close by and a great coffee shop on the path. This was a fun place to stay for families and couples.

My family and I were AMAZED at how beautiful, functional and convenient this condo was! This was our first trip to Pacific Beach/San Diego and we couldn't have found a better place to stay. You won't find anything comparable in a hotel. Everything was spotless and well prepared. I would LOVE to come back here again!
