This condo has one of the few unobstructed views of Lake Dillon available. All of the rooms (South facing) and the 24 foot deck face the lake and mountains. The two bedrooms are separated by a spacious living and dining area. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a double vanity, a bath tube and a shower. The second bedroom has two queen beds, a separate dressing area with a sink and access to the main bathroom. Both bedrooms and living room have exits to the deck.
Convenience is the key...Parking is just outside the door, up six steps, making loading and unloading a breeze. The complex is quiet and private and the condo is just a few steps from the three hot tubs. The garage is large and adjacent to the condo.

Why the Owner Chose Lake Forest
This unit is so comfortable and tranquil and yet, within easy reach of lake Dillon with the bike path in the front of the complex. There are glorious mountains views and only 6 steps down from the carpark to the unit. There are 5 world class ski resorts and in spring and summer, the most beautiful hikes, bike paths and 5 wonderful golf courses nearby.

So many festivals, music venues and outdoor fun all spring summer and fall in Frisco and neighboring towns.

We love this condo in summer and winter, fall and spring, there really is no time that the whole family doesn't love to be there. As we live only 85 minutes away, we often go up on the spur of the moment, especially if powder days are on the cards. It is the only place where I have found total relaxation.

We have stayed at several VRBO properties and this was by far the best. Not only was the location convenient (right off the interstate) with beautiful views, it was well stocked and extremely clean. You could tell the owners actually use it. We vacationed with friends who stayed in the same complex but in a different unit and they were jealous of what we had. The carpet was superbly clean and the kitchen came with the best set of cooking pans I've seen in a VRBO unit. They had several board games that kept my sons entertained during down times. And there are tvs in both bedrooms. Free wi-fi was a bonus as well.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.
