House is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath. Master suite with jetted tub and marble shower is located on the third floor with covered balcony overlooking the Atlantic ocean. One more flight up is the observation deck. Main floor is located on the second story with full kitchen living room. Second master bedroom is located on the main floor with private bathroom and balcony overlooking the pool. The third bedroom is equipped with two twin over full sized bunk beds. This room will sleep 6 people. DirectTV is located in each bedroom as well as the living room. Stereo system runs through the main television with speakers downstairs by the pool for your favorite music.
The downstairs is equipped with 2 refrigerators, a ping pong table, and two outdoor patio tables for entertaining. Boat lift is 18,000 LB's. Deep water access canal takes you right out to the Atlantic or just under the bridge to the gulf. Large dolphin, tuna, wahoo, cobia, triple tail, snapper, grouper, sailfish, marlin, hogfish and lobster can be caught minutes from the house. Tarpon and snapper can be caught right off the dock. There is a canopy fish cleaning table full equipped with running water.
Nearest boat ramp is located at Cudjoe Gardens, or Dolphin Marina which are just minutes away or you can put your boat in at Bahai Honda State Park.
Dive shop and tackle shop are located just minutes away. Need live bait??? Goggle eyes, pilchards, and ballyhoo can be caught close by.
The best lobstering in the Florida Keys can be found just under the bridge in the Gulf at Content Key.
This is the ultimate relaxation getaway....need a break from work, or just life...this is the perfect spot. Complete with hammock for your napping pleasure.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
$6000-$7000/month (depending on season and length of stay).
Deposit $1000 once house has been cleaned and inspected deposit will be
returned minus $150 cleaning fee and any repairs due to the negligence
of the renter. This information is all available in the contract which
will be mailed with inquiry.
