The 2 master bedrooms are spectacular, you have to see it to believe it. One of the master bedrooms has a side room that is perfect for air matresses for the kids. The other king and queen rooms are lovely as well and have direct access to bathrooms. There are 2 rooms off the bar area that are very small, but fine for 1 person. One has a full size bed, which I stayed in (very comfortable matress) and the other has a queen bed. We had fun at the bar, cooking in the spacious kitchen and hanging out in the great room. The rockwork on the fireplaces is beautiful as are the grounds. There was ample parking for 3 cars 2 trucks and a suburban. We were pleasantly surprised that all of the vehicles fit so easily in the parking area. The house is truly beautiful and spacious just as indicated in the website photos and written description. We all had a memorable time and would like to return soon.

We had a decent sized group (there were 14 of us) and this house was easily able to accomodate us. Great space in the kitchen, living room & deck to hang out. The two master bedrooms were great. Amazing location, so close to the water & the community pool/beach.

All thirteen of us, from 69 years of age to only one month old, had a wonderful time in your home. There was enough space and the kitchen was well stocked for our family dinners together. Thanks for having us.....we had a great time.

We spent 4 days at the property with a group of 18 and had a wonderful time. Lots of bedrooms and the large porch made it the perfect place to get everyone together. The location was great for getting to the beach and casinos. We loved it and highly recommend to anyone with a big group.

This was such a wonderful home for a friend reunion with lots of little kids!! The house fit all 15 of us comfortably and was a great lay-out for the little ones to take naps. The house was very clean when we arrived and had everything we needed. It was so wonderful to be able to walk to the beach and come and go as we pleased. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!!

Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed staying in your wonderful home. The house was perfect for the 4 families that we were there with. Our visit was during the winter and the house was close enough to wonderful skiing and amazing snowmobiling. The younger kids spent hours enjoying the snow right in your spacious yard. Every detail of the house was perfect, clean, comfortable, great location, tons of room, couldn't have asked for more. Look forward to trying it out in the summer.

We have rented this home several times in both the winter and summer. It's a great house for families and adult couples as well. The views are much better than you can see on VRBO. The beach in the summer is awesome, one of the best in Lake Tahoe. The location is close to everything! The house has a very comfy cabin feel, kitchen has everything you need, almost every bedroom has it's own bath and it also offers lots of privacy. We will continue to rent this wonderful home as our family and friends have made lifelong memories there. You will not be disappointed!!

Just wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know how thoroughly we enjoyed our two visits to your lovely home on Northshore Lake Tahoe at Incline village. It's convenience to all the ski slopes of Tahoe and Truckee made it a great place for all of us during ski season, as our family all enjoy skiing and snowboarding. And being on the NV side of the lake, we also enjoyed the nearby Hyatt Regency Casino. The convenience of being able to fly ourselves into Truckee airport, then be only 15 minutes from your door is a plus. Best Wishes, CK

This house is wonderful for family vacations. The large sunny deck was perfect for relaxing and bbqing. The home is so spacious that we were able to have 4 families and lots of different kids ages and all have space to relax. The separate living room was great for kids movies and the open family room and kitchen seat so many people , it was perfect:) The game room downstairs with pinball was a favorite place. We could walk to the baech and their is a lawn area for play. I would recommend this place, the furniture is comfortable and not fussy so it's not stressful with kids.
