Warm country 2 bedroom + 1 loft bedroom, 2 bath townhouse with soaking tub in master bedroom (queen beds in bedrooms, double bed in loft). Master bedroom also has 19” color TV. The kitchen includes a breakfast bar for four and a dining area that can accommodate six people. The living room has a fireplace and furnished with a dual recliner sofa, single recliner/rocker chair, 27” color TV with cable, DVD/VCR. The home has electric heat controlled by separate thermostats in each room. A back door leads to a wrap around deck with a beautiful view of the natural surroundings and includes patio furniture and a separate guest storage closet (under lock and key large enough to accommodate ski equipment, fishing poles, and other vacation gear).
Summer Vacation
From Memorial Day through Labor Day you and your guests will enjoy the hospitality of the “Mountain Lake Club” located on beautiful Big Boulder Lake. The club boasts a sandy white beach with the following complimentary amenities: lounge chairs, lake swimming, buoyed trampoline jumper in the lake the kids will love (adults too),in ground heated swimming pool, kiddie pool, tennis courts, volley ball area and playground. Row/paddle Boats and kayak rentals available. All of this is just steps from your front door!
Winter Vacation
Located just ¼ of a mile is the base of “Big Boulder Ski Resort” offering ski/snowboarding trails with slopes suitable for the beginner through expert level. Snow tubing is also available on individual tubes the whole family can enjoy...No skill level required here, just have a seat and away you go!!! A short five minute drive brings you to the base of “Jack Frost Mountain Ski Resort” offering similar amenities. Instruction is available at both resorts along with food and drink.
Area Attractions
Area attractions include in season golfing, whitewater rafting, water park, hunting, fishing, Knoebels Amusement Park, paintball, Pocono Raceway, Mohegan Sun Casino, and a variety of other entertainment possibilities. You will also find a host of area restaurants that’s sure to please any appetite along with several local bars and clubs for those who desire nightlife activities.
