This Sunrise Beach Villa is a unique location on Paradise Island.

It has all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation and spiritual revival. This is a 2 bedroom second floor location overlooking a pool and the turquoise ocean as a backdrop. For a family vacation sleeping a maximum of 6 this is the affordable choice. The rate has no extra charges. See trip advisor for the reviews on this location. When we travel this is one of the best resources to know where to book. I t has garnered 4.5 Star popularity and ranks second out of 68 hotels reviewed on New Providence (which includes Paradise Island). This villa meets hotel quality accommodations and is on the hotel grounds. The hotel utilizes these villas for it's pool of available accommodation.

The biggest decision when travelling is whether the people we book for will be happy with our choice. The trepidation of this has been palpable for me personally. I sincerely believe you will be thrilled in your decision. Choosing over the internet is a draining process with so many choices. Being a large family we have chosen this location because of what one need to achieve-good access to fun things to do, safe, clean, food readily available and easy beach access. A tranquil environment allows relaxation and connectivity within a family. The Bahamas itself is relaxing to visit and having access to such a unique property will be reinvigorating for the whole family. A large busy hotel is not all that relaxing and very overwhelming. However when you want to access Atlantis that is easily achieved- the casino, beach and restaurants are open always. An Aquaventure pass allows full access to Atlantis grounds and the waterslides -which are exhilarating. A tour of Atlantis pass is just that- a tour of the grounds, which are out of this world. Our favourite time to visit is at night. Cabbage beach -the beach at you doorstep is one of the most breathtaking views in the world. The turquoise ocean and heaped sand , uncrowded at the Sunrise stretch is a remarkable vista.

We have rented another vrbo property for 10 years 5 minutes inland from this one. and it has had repeat worldwide visitors.   • John, thanks for allowing us to be guests of your beautiful Paradise Island home. Your villa had all the amenities of a home, and located on a very beautiful beach. The villa was well decorated, well kept and the complex grounds were immaculate. The staff was helpful, friendly and courtious at all times. The location was perfect; on the beach, close to Atlantis and close to all shopping - who could ask for more. But most of all, the property truely lends itself to being a really quiet and relaxing place! Many, many thanks for your hospitality, and making us feel like family.....looking forward to visiting again! All the very best to you!

  • The property was perfect! The keyholder was waiting for us when we arrived and showed us around. Very clean, spacious; great view of the pool and ocean. Beds are comfortable. Within walking distance of Atlantis. We will be back!
