This Sunrise Beach Villa is a unique location on Paradise Island. It has wonderful design within and is set in a wonderful tropical setting, with 2 pools, on the beach with ocean view!
It has all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation and spiritual revival. This is a 2 bedroom second floor location overlooking a pool and the turquoise ocean as a backdrop. For a family vacation sleeping a maximum of 6 this is the affordable choice. This location is 9A and we have 2 identical locations, 12A and 12 - also available here.This is convenient for larger groups. All have ocean views and the same amenities.
We are often asked where is best to stay -Cable Beach or Paradise Island. Paradise Island is far more compact to avail of what it has to offer, the beach is spectacular and the presence of Atlantis makes it a destination in itself. The next commonest question is whether it is necessary to stay at an Atlantis property to avail of the waterslides etc?.,
The savings at Sunrise with us is very affordable and presents more space and technology support at no extra cost. Aquaventure passes ($120 adult Child $80) available for sale at Atlantis allow access to all the waterparks at Atlantis. We have never had a visitor not be able to acquire one. An explorer pass just allows touring of the grounds. Casino, beach and restaurant access does not require a pass. In the evening all the grounds are accessible without a pass.
Atlantis properties are very costly for a family and the savings at Sunrise with us more than allow a family to buy the Aquaventure passes- 2 full days is ample and this leaves time to explore downtown, go snorkelling or scuba diving, enjoy the beach or do a dolphin encounter trip.
This way you feel you have really seen Atlantis and the Bahamas! Atlantis is a very large hotel, beautiful to visit, but if you want a rejuvenating vacation then Sunrise is the place to stay and visit Atlantis easily.
The biggest decision when travelling is whether the people we book for will be happy with our choice. The trepidation of this has been palpable for me personally. I sincerely believe you will be thrilled in your decision. Choosing over the internet is a draining process with so many choices. Being a large family we have chosen this location because of what one need to achieve-good access to fun things to do, safe, clean, food readily available and easy beach access. A tranquil environment allows relaxation and connectivity within a family. The Bahamas itself is relaxing to visit and having access to such a unique property will be reinvigorating for the whole family. A large busy hotel is not all that relaxing and very overwhelming. Cabbage beach -the beach here is one of the most breathtaking views in the world. The turquoise ocean and heaped sand , uncrowded at the Sunrise stretch is a remarkable vista.
Please do not waste countless hours emailing and calling other properties. Book here today, book your flight to Nassau and you are on a most spectacular island with no need to rent a car at peace with the sound of the ocean enveloping you. You will be booking a return trip before leaving!
Paradise Island is connected to New Providence, where Nassau is by 2 bridges. You can get downtown by water ferry or taxi.

Sunrise Beach Resort has only one property between it and Atlantis. You can walk to Atlantis by sidewalk, or along the beach.

We were extremely pleased with our rental condo. Close to Atlantis and not necessary to have a car. Owner was extremely helpful about suggestions and we had a wonderful time at Blue Lagoon for a swim day with the dolphins. We found the unit to be just as pictured and very clean. Grocery purchasing should deffinitely be done prior to reaching Paradise Island as prices were steep for us. Rest and relaxation with plenty to do. Thank You we will definitely be back!

The apartment is spacious and spotless and the resort is a great place to stay. Although there is always something going on at the onsite bar/restaurant the overall atmosphere is relaxing. The owner is responsive and accommodating to requests. The view over the pool and beach is amazing and having direct access to the beach is fantastic. It is possible to walk to the attractions on the island so this makes it terrific value for money.

We stayed at Sunrise (condo 9a) for 10 days with both of our young children and felt right at home. It was clean and fully equipped, the beach was great as were the grounds in general. We didn't find the outdoor furniture on the balcony to be practical however since they are basically high bar stools with bar. We would eat breakfast on the balcony each morning and had to bring out the dinning room chairs. The umbrella and beach chairs left for us to use on balcony were rusted and have seen their better days but all in all we really weren't lacking a thing. The owners description and helpful hints were right on. Would definitely go back. Thank you John!

Clean place, good location and overall a good value for a family. Short walk to Atlantis. (which is SUPER expensive!!) Could use someone looking after the amenities in the unit. There were 3 beach chairs and a beach umbrella on the balcony, all were rusted and broken. We had to purchase our own soap for the dishwasher, we were not left with any extra paper towels. Several light bulbs were burned out in one bathroom including the one in the shower so it was too dark to use. Would also be nice to have at least salt and pepper in the cupboard! Beach was beautiful but would suggest not planting yourself right in front of Sunrise as there are lots of jet skis parked in front and it is annoying! The front desk staff is not that friendly once they find out you are not a "hotel" guest but renting from someone. Overall this is a great destination. People in the Bahamas are great and it is the most beautiful water you will ever see!!

We are on hotel grounds-but as private owners you get great pricing. We like to do continuous improvement and welcome repeat visitors. A quieter part of the beach is 2 mins away in front of the One and Only Ocean Club. However for activities , Banana boat, jet ski you have them at your doorstep!

Just came back from staying at Sunrise villa #9A and couldn't be happier. The place is beautiful, has all the amenities you would need and more. TV in both bedrooms and living room, washer and dryer, internet ( a bonus with teenagers) and the most amazing view of the pool/ocean. The villa is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The ocean is a few steps from your door. The owner is wonderful to deal with and does everything to make sure your stay is the best it can be. I would never stay anywhere else on Paradise Island but Sunrise Beach Villas!

This villa was just amazing. We stayed both 12A and 9A. 2 villas for our families and it was wonderful We had been to Paradise Island before and stayed at the Comfort Suites, but would much rather stay at one of these villas. Violas the restaurant upfront was very accomodating. The pools were so private and very clean. Definitely go to Atlantis at least once-it is amazing. We went there 2 times this trip and every day on the last trip. I recommend the Exuma boat trip, a little pricey but well worth the money. The Flying Cloud cataraman trip was very fun. We went to the marina village for a walk or some ice cream each night as was a trip to the casino. I agree with former guests to find our how much a taxi before you get in. I will definitely be back. I will use your villa again-very relaxing. I travelled with mother (65), 2 kids 17 year olds and a few 20yr olds. It was a good time for all ages. Thank you for everything. PS I will miss this place very much and hope to have enough money to buy someplace like this.

We enjoyed our stay and could not be more happier. The location was perfect. The beach was perfect and island was perfect. We look forward to coming back again. Recommend going to Compass point for dinner and renting a waverunner on the beach.
