We were extremely pleased with our rental condo. Close to Atlantis and not necessary to have a car. Owner was extremely helpful about suggestions and we had a wonderful time at Blue Lagoon for a swim day with the dolphins. We found the unit to be just as pictured and very clean. Grocery purchasing should deffinitely be done prior to reaching Paradise Island as prices were steep for us. Rest and relaxation with plenty to do. Thank You we will definitely be back!

Long Enjoyable Stay

The apartment is spacious and spotless and the resort is a great place to stay. Although there is always something going on at the onsite bar/restaurant the overall atmosphere is relaxing. The owner is responsive and accommodating to requests. The view over the pool and beach is amazing and having direct access to the beach is fantastic. It is possible to walk to the attractions on the island so this makes it terrific value for money.

We stayed at Sunrise (condo 9a) for 10 days with both of our young children and felt right at home. It was clean and fully equipped, the beach was great as were the grounds in general. We didn't find the outdoor furniture on the balcony to be practical however since they are basically high bar stools with bar. We would eat breakfast on the balcony each morning and had to bring out the dinning room chairs. The umbrella and beach chairs left for us to use on balcony were rusted and have seen their better days but all in all we really weren't lacking a thing. The owners description and helpful hints were right on. Would definitely go back. Thank you John!

Clean place, good location and overall a good value for a family. Short walk to Atlantis. (which is SUPER expensive!!) Could use someone looking after the amenities in the unit. There were 3 beach chairs and a beach umbrella on the balcony, all were rusted and broken. We had to purchase our own soap for the dishwasher, we were not left with any extra paper towels. Several light bulbs were burned out in one bathroom including the one in the shower so it was too dark to use. Would also be nice to have at least salt and pepper in the cupboard! Beach was beautiful but would suggest not planting yourself right in front of Sunrise as there are lots of jet skis parked in front and it is annoying! The front desk staff is not that friendly once they find out you are not a "hotel" guest but renting from someone. Overall this is a great destination. People in the Bahamas are great and it is the most beautiful water you will ever see!!

Owner response:Thank you for the positive response. If any visitor needs something they can contact our manager who can attend to any issues identified. We are on hotel grounds-but as private owners you get great pricing. We like to do continuous improvement and welcome repeat visitors. A quieter part of the beach is 2 mins away in front of the One and Only Ocean Club. However for activities , Banana boat, jet ski you have them at your doorstep!

Very family friendly location. Condo was very comfortable and grounds nicely landscaped. Very convenient to all area activities. Owner easy to work with to make arrangements for lease of property. Staff are very friendly. Overall, a lovely vacation location.

This property is a perfect family friendly place to stay that is close to all the activities. The condo was very comfortable and the grounds are beautifully landscaped. Staff are friendly and owner is easy to work with for arrangements to lease villa. Thanks for a wonderful vacation location.

We have designed these villas for relaxation and comfort. The environment is peaceful and ideal because of it's location next to Atlantis. Having a restaurant on site makes it very convenient. We have many repeat visitors and want to ensure your stay is memorable.

Just came back from staying at Sunrise villa #9A and couldn't be happier. The place is beautiful, has all the amenities you would need and more. TV in both bedrooms and living room, washer and dryer, internet ( a bonus with teenagers) and the most amazing view of the pool/ocean. The villa is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The ocean is a few steps from your door. The owner is wonderful to deal with and does everything to make sure your stay is the best it can be. I would never stay anywhere else on Paradise Island but Sunrise Beach Villas!

This villa offers the best of both worlds for vacationers - the place is quiet, comfortable and low key, yet the excitement and adventure of Atlantis is right next door. The pool and beach are both clean and uncrowded, the unit is exactly as described, and John is very helpful. We were pleased with the condition of the villa, especially having a fully-equipped kitchen. This allowed us to cook some meals in and save some money. It is well worth the price to stay here but use the facilities at Atlantis if interested. The view of the pool and ocean from the balcony is the best view in the whole place!

My husband and I just returned from a week's stay at this property. It was everything and more that we hoped it would be. The price was very affordable compared to a hotel room at Atlantis, etc. All the listing descriptions, photos, amenities, location, etc. were very accurate. It was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed for home away from home. John was very helpful and informative in relaying all information needed. It was so nice too not have droves of people to deal with, like at the Atlantis. We had the pool to ourselves many times. The staff was very helpful, nice & accommodating. We ate at Violas several times. The food & drinks were excellent and the prices good. We have vacationed on Paradise Island many times, but this was the best ever. We will definitely consider this property when we return. Thanks, John!

Hi John – I just wanted to thank you so much for your villa accommodations and guidance. It was everything and more for what we were looking for in celebrating our “50th Girls Getaway”. The villa was beautiful and everything was perfect. The Sunrise Beach Club is a true tropical paradise. The staff and people were always friendly and helpful. We always felt safe and secure. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Our favorite restaurant was The Columbus Tavern on Paradise Island. Our memories will last our lifetime!!! Hope to go back again someday. Carolann M.

Would rather stay at one of these villas-9A & 12A

This villa was just amazing. We stayed both 12A and 9A. 2 villas for our families and it was wonderful We had been to Paradise Island before and stayed at the Comfort Suites, but would much rather stay at one of these villas. Violas the restaurant upfront was very accomodating. The pools were so private and very clean. Definitely go to Atlantis at least once-it is amazing. We went there 2 times this trip and every day on the last trip. I recommend the Exuma boat trip, a little pricey but well worth the money. The Flying Cloud cataraman trip was very fun. We went to the marina village for a walk or some ice cream each night as was a trip to the casino. I agree with former guests to find our how much a taxi before you get in. I will definitely be back. I will use your villa again-very relaxing. I travelled with mother (65), 2 kids 17 year olds and a few 20yr olds. It was a good time for all ages. Thank you for everything. PS I will miss this place very much and hope to have enough money to buy someplace like this.

John, thanks for allowing us to be guests of your beautiful Paradise Island home. Your villa had all the amenities of a home, and located on a very beautiful beach. The villa was well decorated, well kept and the complex grounds were immaculate. The staff was helpful, friendly and courtious at all times. The location was perfect; on the beach, close to Atlantis and close to all shopping - who could ask for more. But most of all, the property truely lends itself to being a really quiet and relaxing place! Many, many thanks for your hospitality, and making us feel like family.....looking forward to visiting again! All the very best to you!

The property was perfect! The keyholder was waiting for us when we arrived and showed us around. Very clean, spacious; great view of the pool and ocean. Beds are comfortable. Within walking distance of Atlantis. We will be back!
