3 BR/2.5 BA - 2,950 sq ft - (Sleeps 12) King in the Master, Queen in the 2nd Bedroom, Bunk Bed in the 3rd Bedroom with a full size bed on the bottom, twin on the top, and a rollaway twin trundle bed below. There is also a full-size pullout sofa in the Media Room and a Queen-Size Premier quality Aerobed for additional guests. The Master has a 42" LCD TV and the other bedrooms have a 32".
There is a magnificent gourmet Kitchen featuring granite countertops, with a large island and breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully-equipped and includes Wolf & Sub-Zero Appliances with a double oven for your cooking convenience.
The Dining Room has enough seating for 8-10. The open floor plan extends into the Family Room which has a beautiful stonewall gas fireplace and a 42" LCD TV. The Media Room has a wrap-around couch with a 52" LCD TV and unbelievable sunsets and views of Mt Timpanogos.
