Our spacious 2,125 sf home is only 5 minutes from DisneyWorld, fully furnished and decorated in a fun "Floridian Beach Theme". Our secluded sunny pool and patio overlook Tiki torches and a secluded backyard garden - relax by "Flippers Pool" or have fun playing games in the "Pirates Den"!

Why the Owner Chose Indian Ridge
Well, first - the location was perfect! We wanted to be less than 5 miles from Disney plus it needed to be a simple and easy drive. Turns out that many of the other popular attractions are also right nearby.
Second, Of all the homes we looked at this was the only one we found with these features all in the same home. We had heard of stories where people thought they rented a dream home just to find out that they had to lay out in the front yard just to get sun, or they had people staring at them walking by the back of the house. The only thing on our list this house didn't have was the third bathroom... and we found it really just didn't matter, even when we've had two families staying in the house.
Third, the neighborhood is very nice and quiet.
Since then we've gotten to know many very nice people in the neighborhood that watch out for our home when we are not there.
