Why the Owner Chose Indian Ridge
Well, first - the location was perfect! We wanted to be less than 5 miles from Disney plus it needed to be a simple and easy drive. Turns out that many of the other popular attractions are also right nearby.
Second, of all the homes we looked at this was the only one we found with these features all in the same home. We had heard of stories where people thought they rented a dream home just to find out that they had to lay out in the front yard just to get sun, or they had people staring at them walking by the back of the house. The only thing on our list this house didn't have was the third bathroom... and we found it really just didn't matter, even when we've had two families staying in the house.
Third, the neighborhood is very nice and quiet.
Since then we've gotten to know many very nice people in the neighborhood that watch out for our home when we are not there.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
There are many very nice places to stay... but alot of time can be wasted if the location is not convenient. check out our map!
We really enjoy being so close to everything that we can go out in the morning, take a break during the days and come back for a nice swim, then go out in the evening again... or just have a BBQ and play in the pool at night... or go for an early swim and then go out in the afternoon - basically we just work the pool into whatever we have planned for the day.

Craig is retired from the Seattle Fire Department HQ Managment and is the founder and president of a computer technology consulting business specializing in Fire Agency Software. Peggy is active in both their consulting business and property management business. We have owned and managed long-term rental homes for over 20 years. Peggy is also a certified Ski Instructor during winter months. We have three grown childen.
Our oldest son is a firefighter and owns his own contracting business. Our two daughters are in college pursuing Communications and Music.
