For MUCH less than the price of a hotel or resort condo you can enjoy your stay at our relaxing private villa - a fully furnished private home decorated in a fun BEACH THEME... where the pool never closes!
Imagine coming home from a long day in the theme parks - and you're only a few minutes from your own villa with a private screened-in pool, covered patio and private garden. While you relax by the pool the kids can enjoy playing in the Games Room.
WHY DO WE FEEL THIS VILLA IS DIFFERENT THAN OTHERS??
We have many features that are hard to find all at the same place. You should look for and ask for the below features if you want to get the most out of your vacation. here's what we think makes us stand out:
- A south facing pool, this means sun all day. some pools are shaded part or most of the day.
- The pool is totally private, you don't see other people looking back at you from other houses or walking by on a path.
- The backyard is fully fenced and private. again, no houses looking back at you!
- Two living rooms, one on each side of the house. Parents can take one side and kids the other. Many homes have only one.
- The pool is extra deep on one end, over 6 feet. only one side is shallow. some pools are shallow all the way across.
- The master has KING bed and it's own private entrance to the pool.
- The patio has a large covered area AND sunning deck. Many homes do not have both.
- Just south of Hwy 192, we are less than 4 miles from Disney World (about 7 minutes). Only 3 turns and you are there!
We have added other features such as: FREE USA/international long distance and local calls and FREE high speed cable internet access with a PC/printer and webcam... so contacting home is never a problem. We also have digital cable TV with 200 channels (also FREE) and a new 40" digital LCD TV in the living room. Wireless internet access will added in July 08.
Disney's Beach Bungalow has 4 Bedrooms (all with TV's), a sofa/bed in the Living room, a spacious fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area and a separate dining room. The Family room (our Pool Lounge) and rare separate Living room - both have cable TV where you can relax and watch a movie or listen to music. There are 2 Bathrooms.
The Kitchen is spacious, fully outfitted and includes a breakfast area. There is a large fridge with ice maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. Place settings, pots/pans, cutlery and glassware are provided.
The Pool Lounge/Family Room is a comfortable seating area leading out to the pool via patio doors. The room has a sofa/bed, large TV with digital cable, X-Box, PS/2, games and DVD player and high speed Internet with a computer, printer and web-cam so you can send live video back to friends and family!
The Master Suite is beautiful with a KING size bed and private Bath. The bathroom has it's own separate access to the pool. For clothing there is a large walk-in closet, dresser and large mirror as well as a night-stand on each side of the bed.
The Queen Bedroom has a dresser, nights stands with drawers and a closet for plenty of clothing storage. There is a TV with digital cable. The room is conveniently located next to the main bathroom in the villa.
Two twin bedrooms: Bedroom 3 is decorated in the Nemo theme, bright and cheerful. Bedroom 4 is decorated in a Lion King theme. Both rooms have a TV/Video Player and a dresser for ample storage.
There is new double burner gas BBQ (April 08) next to the patio so you can dine outside on those warm Florida evenings.
The Pirates Themed Games Room has a Pool Table, Foosball (Table Football), Air Hockey Table, Dart Board and Xbox with games are now included too!
So the question is... WHY STAY HERE AS OPPOSED TO ANOTHER VILLA?
Because you won't find all these great amenities at these prices very easily... and remember - we INCLUDE the 13% Florida taxes in our prices!
