This fabulous vacation home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with easy access (approximately one mile) to the Peak 9 chairlifts and the quaint Main Street shopping area.
Professionally designed and decorated as a vacation home with a relaxing western flair, it is an excellent value for small groups and family reunions or an opulent get-away for the discerning couple.
With six bedrooms and four baths spread over four thousand square feet, this Breckenridge home can sleep up to fifteen. Three separate conversation areas provide abundant room to carry on different activities, while the multilevel floor plan promotes comfort and privacy.
A main level bedroom, king bed plus and 3/4 bath offer a convenient stair-free access. The remaining five bedrooms are as follows: upper level master bedroom and full bath with king bed plus two twin futons; two upper level bedrooms share a full bath with one queen bed in each; two lower level bedrooms share a 3/4 bath with, one queen bed in one and two twin beds in the other.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
We choose Breckingridge as our vacation home destination because of its world class skiing in the winter and mountain spendor in the summer and fall. Our daughter snowboards and Wayne and I ski so Breck offers fun filled days on the mountain for all. Summertime brings an incredable array of wildflowers spread over the miles of hiking and biking terrain. And the fall is bountiful in its golden aspen splendor.
The Unique Benefits at this House
There are many unique benefits one can enjoy while staying at our home. This first being room to spead the family out, with the kids enjoying the downstairs TV, DVD and game area, the adults can be upstairs in the TV, DVD famliy room or enjoyinig some quiet reading time in the two-story living room. Sitting in the outdoor hottub, relaxing those well used ski muscles, while star-gazing at Breckeridge's ultra clear skies is another benefit we always enjoy.

Hello, I'm Renee Selting co-owner and manager of the lovely Breckenridge vacation home. My husband Wayne and I have owned this home for 12 years and have enjoyed many family trips to Breckenridge all year round. We live full-time in Colorado Springs where Wayne owns a dental practice as well as lecturing around the world for the Academy of Laser Dentistry. I wear many hats as my educational background includes interior design, marketing and finance, which is ideal for owning, remodeling and mangaging our investment properties. We have made it our goal to upgrade our home every year. We have remodeled all the bathrooms and the kitchen. On the outside we have landscaped the yard with 150 flowering plants in a rock garden theme for our summer visitors. We are proud of our home and hope you will be impressed with what we have done.
