Private parking for 4 cars in the rear of the house - so parking is not a problem.

Year Purchased: 1970
Our family has owned and self managed this property for close to 40 years. We live in South Bethany in the summer, so we are close by if you need us! We love being able to walk to the shops, restaurants, and summer fun of downtown Bethany from our home. Many families have brought their children and grandchildren to enjoy the beach here through the last four decades. We put babies and young children in wagons and walk 100 yards to our beach. It is heaven.

104 2nd Street in Bethany Beach was (and is) a beautiful old Victorian house that needed restoration. We have spent many years lovingly restoring our home to its original beauty. This is the very first home built in Bethany Beach at the turn of the century. History envelops you upon entering the front door (with modern updates like air conditioning of course)!
