Our rates are $650 (flat fee)for bookings from March thru August
Check in Saturday 4pm and checkout 10am Saturday(you might get in earlier)
$200 booking security deposit required
Special weekend getaway rates
$250 for a two night weekend stay
$400 for seven nights from Sept thru February
Summer bookings week to week have preference over weekend bookings
Snowbirds 3 month rental $800 4 month rental $750 total includes Taxes

I've been coming down here since 1986 and simply love the town.I enjoy taking the family to "Pineapple Willys" for dinner.The kids love this place and gives me great enjoyment to create memories that will last a life time.

Great family friendly place! No noise. We love that it's fully gated, even the pools. We never had to worry about our daughter going to the pool by herself when we were on the beach. Also love that it's right next to Pineapple Willy's, our favorite place. Even if we didn't have dinner there, it was very convenient to walk over to the pier bar for a couple of drinks while we enjoyed a live band. Wish we were still there!

This was my first time renting through VRBO and the entire experience was pleasant. We really enjoyed staying at the Sunbird. The view was great, the unit was clean and exactly as described. Bruce, the owner was so easy to work with and the entire process was smooth. I will definitely stay here again! It's the best value on the beach with a great location too. My deposit was returned within a few days. Thanks Bruce, you'll be hearing from me next summer for sure.

The condo. was perfect for 2 people; clean and well equipped. View of the beach was very nice and easy access to the beach. Loved the location and the fact that it was in close proximity to everything.(minimal driving required). Staff friendly at the sunbird. Great stay and looking forward to an october visit!

It's so hard to find a place for only 2 people. This place was perfect for us - everything we needed. View of the beach and great price. Quiet place to be compared to others, not as crowded (it was blocked off to non condo members) and easy beach access. The owner was very quick to communicate to us throughout the process and got our deposit back to us very quick.

Our stay at the Sunbird was great. Very nice getaway. The condo was clean & nice. Location to the beach was great, and the pools were as well. Owner was great to work with. Definitely would stay again.

This condo is exactly as advertised. The view from the balcony is awesome, and Pineapple Willy's next door has some great food! I highly recommend this property, and it would be my first choice if we head back down to Panama City Beach! We had four people (including two teenage girls) and had room to not stumble over each other. The owner was wonderful to work with as well. This was the easiest vacation rental we have ever had.
