  Margaret, My family and I really enjoyed the villa, July 2008. It exceeded my expectation, it was virtually our home away from home with all the comfort and convenience of our own home and more. We are looking forward to returning in the near future. Betty.

  Words cannot describe our absolutely fabulous holiday, from the minute we arrived in your gorgeous villa till the day we left. we just had to let you know that we will definately be returning. It was a pleasure to go to Disney etc and arrive back and relax in the comfort of your villa. Thank you so much for an excellent time.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  Our holiday was amazing from start to finish. The villa is beautiful with high quality furnishings and fully equipped with everything you could wish for provided. The pool was enjoyed by all and in the evenings it was great to relax with a drink in the jacuzzi. The property is in a quiet location where you can find restaurants and shops nearby. The owner was really helpful answering any questions we had before we booked. I will definitely be booking another holiday in this villa.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

  Hi, Sorry its took a while to get back to you (had lots of catching up with thing in the real world once we got back) Thanks very much for allowing us to use your home. We had a fantastic time, and enjoyed every minute. Your home is beautiful and we just didn't want to come back ! We spent a lot of time at the theme parks and there were plenty of local restaurants, although the villa was so beautiful and well equipped we stayed in and cooked quite a few nights. Everyone enjoyed the pool area and the kids loved the games room. We all thought the lake was a fantastic place lovely and quiet. Holly and the boys are already planning next years trip and we've only been back a few weeks ! we will not hesitate to come straight to you for our next booking, which is looking like it might be sooner than expected. Thanks again for letting us stay in your home and helping us have a Wonderful time !!!

  This property was an utter disappointment! It was filthy and unsafe. There were cockroaches running around on the counters at night as well as iin the cupboards. We needed to purchase our own cleaning supplies as no one was available to come and clean for us. I cannot even list how many items were either dirty or not working. This is the 5th time staying at Lake Berkley and it has been the absolute worst and unpleasant stay for us. The owner did nothing to compensate us. Do not stay at this "villa"

  Owner response: There was simply no pleasing these people. It was 9pm on New Year's Eve they complained about the cleanliness, the cleaner attended within 10 minutes of receiving the call. They were just finished cooking, she offered to clean again although it was only their mess first thing on New Year's Day they refused and said they had already cleaned. We then offered to reimburse them for " cleaning products " upon the receipt which they have still to produce. It seems they were never going to be happy no matter what we did !

  May I personaly thank you for allowing us the use of your gorgeous home from 3rd-17th July 2008. The home was exactly as advertised, we will have no hesitation in recommending to our family and friends. The Villa was fully equiped to make our holiday memorable.
