Welcome to paradise! Located on the magnificent Lake Berkley Resort in Kissimmee Enjoy our luxurious 7 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath villa.
The resort is a gated community with a 24 hour security guard and is ideally located just 10 minutes from Disney’s Magic Kingdom, MGM studios, Blizzard beach, Epcot and Animal kingdom.
Sea World , Discovery Cove swim with the dolphins and Aquatica Water Park are all approx 15 minutes away. 20 minutes from Universal Studios / Island of Adventure . Fantastic shopping awaits at the Millenia Mall, Florida Mall, Festival Bay and the Designer Outlets which are all about 20 minutes drive. There are numerous restaurants within the area and also a 24 hour Wal-Mart with pharmacy just a 2 minute drive. If you are a keen golfer then you are spoiled for choice there are many gorgeous courses for you to choose from including Falcons Fire and Disney’s 5 world class courses all within a few minutes drive. If your choice of relaxation is going to the beach then Daytona and Cocoa Beach are approx 50 minutes away along with Kennedy Space Centre. Or why not relax at the resort fishing on the 13 acre fully stocked lake or take a stroll along the walking and cycling paths, or just relax by the pool, whatever you decide to do we are sure you will agree with the countless returning guests that Lake Berkley is in a prime LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION.
The resort hosts tennis, basketball,volleyball courts, 13 acre fully stocked fishing lake with white sandy beach, clubhouse with fitness center, meeting room complete with Free computer access, large heated pool with spa.
The villa has been decorated to a very high standard and has upgraded furniture. It has seven bedrooms, two are master bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms and plasmas TV's. There are also two queen rooms and three twins, all with plasma TV's. There is broadband internet access along with wireless access along with fax facility.
This villa has a fully loaded kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, fridge /freezer (with instant ice and cold water) dishwasher, cutlery and crockery. Another bonus is that the Villa is looked after by an on-site management company who are always on hand if required.
The main lounge overlooks and has breathtaking views of our fully stocked fishing lake. There is also a family room, dining room and a games room complete with movie theater seeting 42" TV, table tennis table and play station games console. There is a large over sized pool deck with pool and spa, along with sun loungers, table and chairs for you to enjoy outdoor entertaining while taking in this gorgeous view and living the American dream.
Activities (onsite or nearby) golf, tennis, volleyball, basketball, fishing, horse riding, swimming, shopping, air boats and many restaurants within minutes of this dream vacation home.
