This house is located in beautiful North Litchfield Beach, SC and is a 2.5 minute walk to the beach. It is very cozy, and has all the amenities you could need in a vacation home. With three bedrooms, three baths, living area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and sunroom you'll feel right at home.
There are 2 King bedrooms and the third bedroom is called the "Bunkroom" with custom made Double Bed Bunks and 2 twin beds to finish it out. Each room has it's own television. Wireless, DSL internet is also available, so bring your laptop! The living area has a 42 inch plasma TV. The fully equipped kitchen has a gas stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, etc. The Dining area accommodates 6 at the table and 2 at the breakfast bar.
North Litchfield is the perfect location for you to enjoy all that the Grand Strand has to offer. Once you visit, you may never want to go home!

We had a great time staying at MaTeenie’s and would love to come back again. We met your neighbor across the street, Larry and of course their dog Dixie. Dixie looks just like our yellow lab at home, that our kids really missed during the week but Dixie helped by spending some time with them. Sounds like you guys have really worked hard on the house…it looks really good. The new pool and privacy fencing was very nice. Really liked being able to wash off the beach in the bath house. The house set up was perfect for the 4 of us. We really enjoyed being able to cook a few dinners at home instead of going out every night. Our goal for the week is to relax and have fun and MaTeenie’s fit the bill perfectly. We have been vacationing in Litchfield Beach for the last 6 years but always stayed in a 2 bedroom condo. Your place was much more comfortable and convenient.
