The home will welcome the most discriminating with its leather furniture, hardwood floors and gorgeous views of the ocean. The dining table seats 8 and French doors open to a screened porch that will seat 4 at the "breakfast" table. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a charcoal grill for your convenience.
This home features an elevator, high speed wireless internet,large screen HDTV, cable, DVD players,and 4 additional TV;s. books, puzzles, games and sand toys. There is an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water. "Shelton's Folly" will sleep 14, has a private boardwalk to the beach and gorgeous ocean views. Nestled among beautiful trees, this home gives the feeling of seclusion and privacy yet has outstanding ocean views. Enjoy the sunrise and sunsets from the screened porches.
The secured utility room with washer and dryer has room for your bikes, fishing gear, surfboards etc. Two driveways provide ample parking with both covered and off street parking.
The master bedroom has a king size bed. One bedroom has 2 double beds and the third bedroom has a queen bed. The "ocean room" can be completely closed off and has a queen sleeper sofa. Another room can be closed for privacy and has a queen sleeper sofa. A third sleeper sofa is located in the living room.
Located on East Ashley Ave, it is approx. 2 miles from the pier and business area of Folly Beach. You will love the convenience of this upscale yet casual home that the entire family will enjoy and don't forget the ease of moving in with the elevator to bring up the heavy luggage!!

We have stayed here several times and could not be happier. The owners attention to detail makes the experience for a great stay. We love the easy access to the ocean and enjoy dining out on the deck watching the sun come up, the moon rises are equally breath taking in the evening. The kids spend most of the day on the beach and from the deck we can keep an eye on them.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

You might realize by now that my favorite thing about this property is its LOCATION. Love the walkway right out front and the spaciousness of the beach here. It seems so private with all the trees, and the view is just beautiful. It is far enough from the center of Folly's "action" to be totally relaxing but close enough to take in as much as you desire. I could spend a week in the Ocean Room alone! We only live an hour away but might as well be hundreds of miles from home-----no cares or work here!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

We had a wonderful vacation with another family at this beach house. The view is fantastic and the private boardwalk is so convenient! The house is large enough for so that everyone has their own space and we found it comfortable and very clean. So relaxing...we will definitely be back. Thank you!
