This three bedroom condominium has a breathtaking southern view of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room and master bedroom as well as a northern view of “Ole River”. Whether you are cooking in the kitchen, eating in the dining room, sitting in the living room or relaxing in your master suite you have a sensational view of sea life at its best.
Located outside the living room is a fully functional covered lanai and balcony in which you can eat or lounge and still enjoy the picturesque view and sound of the water. Day or night you can see and hear the water with just a slide of a door.
This 1800 square foot unit is fully furnished and sleeps up to eight comfortably. There is a king size bed in the master suite, a queen size bed in the middle bedroom, two twin beds in the front bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities you will need including dishes, silverware, stove, microwave, refrigerator with icemaker, and dishwasher. The laundry area is adjacent to the kitchen and is closed off from view. While you prepare your meals, you can see the ocean from the pass thru, above the sink in the kitchen.
There is a formal dining table that seats 6 as well as a table that seats four on the lanai, when you would like to enjoy the water while you eat.
The living room and all three bedrooms have televisions equipped with cable, internet access and local telephone service.
The master suite has a full view of the Gulf of Mexico. It is equipped with a large vanity area with two mirrors and sink. The master bath has an enormous standup shower with a full length bench. Enjoy the dual shoulder massage as you wind down from a hard day on the beach.
For those who enjoy a drink now and then, there is a full wet bar (BYOB) located in the living room area.
Located directly below your condo is a hot tub and pool for your enjoyment. You can lounge around the pool or sit in the hot tub and relax while you are still able to watch a sunset and listen to the alluring waves of the gulf with a full view from the deck.
For those guests who wish to take a interesting drive, we suggest Scenic Route 98 which runs South out of Foley, Alabama. The drive will take you through Point Clear where the Grand Hotel owned by Marriott is located. Their golf course is renowned and there are good restaurants along the roadside. Proceed on along Scenic Route 98 following the Bay of Mobile and view many large homes along the Bay. You will arrive in the town of Fairhope which is high on the bluffs of the Eastern Shore of the Bay. The town has been recognized as one of the Three Top Southern Towns by Southern Living Readers. The downtown area is reminiscent of an Old World village with a refined upscale atmosphere. The shopping and the food in town is appealing to the visitors. You can proceed on to Daphne and on to Mobile if you so choose.
Directly to the east of Sea Spray is the Gulf Beach State Park with a couple of miles of national seashore. You can walk the gulf along this beautifully protected area and enjoy a little serenity. So whether you enjoy a walk on the beach, a swim in the pool, lounging, gulfing, relaxing around or fishing it is all centrally located at SeaSpray. Don’t be surprised to see blue herons waiting to steal your fish or the dolphins swimming in the gulf directly in front of SeaSpray.
