4 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath -- Get away for a weekend or for the fall or winter holidays at this gorgeous 3-level Sierra cedar chalet. Just 25 minutes from Bear Valley, this nearly 2000 square foot log chalet has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, and a loft with futon. Sleeps up to 10 guests.
Secluded, forested half acre lot on cul-de-sac in desirable Big Trees Village less than half a mile from access trail into Calaveras Big Trees State Park and 15 minutes from Stanislaus River. Great room has cedar siding, vaulted ceiling, big screen TV with cable, stereo, high speed wireless internet access.
Just 10 minutes from restaurants and shopping in Arnold on Highway 4 and only three hours from the bay area. Built in 2000, this cabin has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric fondue maker, crock pot,espresso machine, blender; laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Level driveway with access to 3 car garage for each unloading or an evening game of ping pong. Cabin is chock full of books, games (including Nintendo 64) and musical instruments for all ages. Beds include 2 Queens, One bunk with full size and twin mattress, Queen sleeper and 2 queen futons.

This is such a welcome respite with the fog rolls in every July and August back home. I get up here to soak in the perfect 80 degree weather. Nights are perfectly sleep worthy too! Love the Rec Center pools. River great too...

Oh man! This cabin is awesome. We went snowshoeing up at Lake Alpine on Saturday and snow boarded at Bear on Sunday. Love the ping pong table in the garage at night. We had a fire going at all times when we were here. Toasty warm. We'll be back!
