Our spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath second floor home overlooks a quiet and serene tropical water setting. L'Ambiance, a gated community, is located in the area of Naples called Pelican Bay. This area is known for its abundant nature preserves and mangroves, white, sandy beaches, walking, jogging and bike paths and the renowned Philharmonic Center for the Arts. Community trams will take you to and from the beach where you can enjoy lunch and dinner at one of the beach cafes and marvel at the spectacular sunsets.
Our tastefully decorated home, newly furnished with a neutral decor, is steps away from grocery stores, movie theatres, restaurants and some of the finest shopping at Waterside Shops (Saks, Nordstroms) and the new Whole Foods Market. There are 3 flat screen TV's, DVD player, stereo player and high speed internet.
