Why the Owner Chose Treasure Island
We bought and sold lots of properties pre-construction, and ended up keeping these two beautiful Treasure Island units and our Splash unit, because we love the Panama City area and all the opportunities for growth. There are so many things to do in Panama City!
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
We love the end of Thomas Drive where Treasure Island is located! It's so much quieter there and away from the hustle and bustle down the beach. But while quiet, there's still so much to do (para-sailing, banana boat, etc.) and just a "hop-skip-and-a-jump" and you're in the middle of all the other activities, shopping and restaurants. Captain Anderson's is just right around the corner! Also, our three-bedroom Splash unit has everything you could ever desire in the way of pool amenities and is very desirable for families with young children. Just a little farther down the road, it is VERY close to all the shopping and restaurants.

Our family loves the beach! We live in North Georgia, so we're so close in proximity to beaches in Georgia, South Carolina, Florida and Alabama! My husband actually even grew up on the beach....Daytona Beach! While we live close to the beautiful Appalachian Mountains and visit the Smoky Mountains often, our first love is the coast! Panama City is a quick trip down the road for us and well worth the drive!
